"I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable — perfect for relaxing after a long day. The location is excellent, close to downtown and near some great restaurants and local attractions. Free parking was a big plus, and I really appreciated that there was no extra charge for my service dog. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to start the day right. What stood out the most was the warm and welcoming attitude of the receptionist and staff — they made me feel right at home. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again!"

"The location is very good, the downhill from the hotel is the riverside park, there is a memorial sculpture to abolish slaves and slaves, and the uphill is the Richmond City Hall office area, the street view is beautiful. The hotel room is very spacious."

This time I encountered a boiler failure, no hot water and no breakfast. What I'm quite satisfied with is that the hotel refunded the full amount, which is kind of a courtesy."
