"The front desk was a black lady with a blank expression and indifferent service. The room I requested was far from the elevator, but I was given a room next to the elevator. I was too lazy to go down to change the room, but the electronic curtains were still broken, so I had to go down to change the room. I was already very tired and really upset. This black lady at the front desk affected my impression of Hilton and San Francisco. It was really disgusting. The hotel facilities and hygiene were OK, and the breakfast was an American breakfast, which was OK."

"We were at an event at the Oakland Marriott City Center and switched to Courtyard Oakland Downtown (where we only had to cross the street) after the experience at Jack London Inn (not recommended) which although only a 10 minute walk away changes a lot. Spacious room for four, friendly staff, laundry available, breakfast available. Metro very close that takes you to the airport, San Francisco, Berkley ... ... ... Thank you"

"Hotel is super nice BUT parking expensive. I parked at a meter at night and woke up at 7:58 to put two hours in meter!! Had to leave at 10:00 for airport!! Bed was comfy but hotel parking costs an arm and a leg!!!I would not stay here with a car again!!!"

"Had a really solid stay at this Marriott downtown. Three things stood out: The view from our room was awesome - great skyline views that made the stay feel special. Worth asking for a higher floor. The room was nice - clean, modern, and spacious. Everything was in good shape and felt updated. Good digs overall. Breakfast was excellent. Plenty of variety, everything fresh, and they kept it well stocked. Actually worth getting up for. Staff was helpful and the downtown location worked great for getting around. Would definitely stay here again."

"第一次入住嚇了一跳，酒店門口居然有條火車軌道，火車嗚嗚地從門前開過。 後來睡了兩晚後發現，還好，不怎麼影響夜間睡眠，雖然我是睡眠很困難、對睡眠要求很苛刻的人。 住了幾天後，發現這家酒店真的挺好：交通特別方便，輪渡碼頭就在酒店斜對面、步行距離五分鐘，擺渡到舊金山市中心25分鐘。步行到輕軌（BART）也就十多分鐘。去奧克蘭市中心也是步行距離，Chinatown也在那。公交線路也很多。真的很方便！ 酒店後面就是星巴克，喝咖啡也方便。 然後，最美的是酒店靠近海邊、碼頭，早上出去散步真的感覺很好、很美。 服務也不錯、房間挺大的。 我前後一共住了十多天，感覺越住越舒服。"

"Traveling with family. The advantages of this hotel are: the bed is very comfortable, the room is large, it is close to the lake, the scenery is nice, the location is OK, there is an outlet mall about 10 minutes drive away, but it is crowded after Christmas, and the waiting time for shopping is long. Disadvantages are: the room lighting is too dim, the heating is not hot at the beginning, it was freezing on the first day, and the hotel engineering staff came to fix it on the second day. The toilet is not very easy to use. Other things are OK. Service: The night we went, Luis and the white lady provided good service, especially Luis, who was considerate of the customers, and the African-American lady that night and the African-American lady the next morning provided particularly good service. The service of another waiter was average, sometimes not very friendly, and I hope it will improve. The hotel is about half an hour drive from San Francisco, the navigation is quite clear, and Gaode is good!"

"Doesn’t have any inside windows but if you from any windows actually very green many food spots and many stores nearby are walking distance and BART which is a form of transportation is very close by I really like everything about this room very cozy very clean and the customer service is fantastic here every time"
