"Overall clean, comfortable and well located hotel. Most of the staff was nice and helpful. Free coffee and tea in the morning. A bunch of people didn’t try to actually help when I asked questions about the city like how to take the bus. Clean but small gym. Overall would go back!"

"The room has no windows and the interior is a bit scary"

"I love more location! My 3th time there in four months. A Brazilian’s steak restaurant right in front of the hotel is such a dream come true for a Brazilian living 5 years in the US. Thank GOD! 😍😍"

"Highly recommend this downtown Columbia hotel! The location is perfect, with plenty of great restaurants and attractions within walking distance. The hotel itself was spotless and well-maintained, and the staff went above and beyond with their friendly and welcoming service. One of the highlights was the food truck in the lobby, serving up delicious eats that added to the overall experience. Can't wait to come back!"

"Shower hard to operate. No regular coffee in room, $200 deposit paid for incidentals at check in… today I have a bill charge taken out of $119.25, instead of the credit of $200 back . I had already paid the reservation in full to Trip.com before check in. Front desk staff was very rude during entire stay. Most problematic even still was that I did NOT have wifi connection during the entire stay! Had to use my cellular data in the room all during the night … front desk never resolved nor seemed concerned about not having wifi access , nor did they offer a solution or compensation. We sat out front of the hotel for over 3 hours trying to come up with the $200 credit card to “authorize” for incidentals. Not the best experience for my birthday or ever! Calling hotel now about the non return of my $200 and double paying for the room that we only in from 10:30 pm- 12:15 next day!"

"Staying on campus was a very comfortable experience. With a gym and bike rental available downstairs, everything was super convenient. The only drawback was the lack of a main light in the room, but overall, it was a great place to stay."

"Here it felt like Christmas morning every day complete with a hearty breakfast every morning! And the hospitality was truly top-notch. Too cold to swim, but I did get my workout on. Overall, it was a great experience."

"Thank you so much for an incredible stay! We loved our room, the rate, the breakfast, gym, and the location. I will stay each time I visit Columbia. By far one of the best visits."

"Housekeeping did not show up to room when scheduled.  Therefore room was not cleaned, bed not fixed and clean towels were provided until I went downstairs to request for towels. I was asked on day of departure if I was checking out."

"The employees were very nice rooms were cleaned very well"
