"This holiday inn room does not even send bottled water, you have to buy it downstairs, and you have to drink water on the first floor self-service cup! This is a bad review. There is no microwave and a small refrigerator. There is a restaurant opposite, the weight is large, one person is enough for two people to eat, cut."
"Beds are SUPER HARD & uncomfortable. No cable, air conditioning is loud and if you have kids you have no access to the restaurants because you have to enter off of the ****** floor & they don't allow it and only 1 of the restaurants (The Asian one) offers room service. Very inconvenient when they can just create an outside lane using their Velvet ropes or a specific entrance. I shouldn't have to doordash food or travel to eat out in a hotel with 5 restaurants so that I can eat with my kid....did I mention she was 20 and still wouldn't allow her to go get pizza because she wasn't 21."
"The hotel was Charlene and the very nice gentleman check me in was awesome. The food at hotel was very good
The room was great I really enjoyed my stay at the Sheraton suite Philadelphia Airport. "
"Front desk service was welcoming and accommodating. We were worried we might not make it to the checkin deadline. But the receptionist noted our situation and made sure we were able to have a room. The receptionist was informative on what the Inn offer such as breakfast and events."
"I planned a romantic get away weekend and paid for a king sized bed for me and the missus in advance. Upon arrival, they just said ”Oops, they over sold the rooms again, no King size bed BUT we'll give you a free upgrade and you can have 2 smaller beds...call Chris Head of Ops if you have a problem with it”. There was no working # for Chris on the card they gave me for him. When I asked for an extra blanket, I recieved the infamous ”brown blanket”. It was completely crinkled, unfolded, a sand paper like texture, that actually was hard to unfold...it was stuck to itself and made like a velcro sounds as you peeled it apart...totally unusable...can't believe they still give this blanket to people. Otherwise, room was solid, employees were very nice and Chris was nice when I met him during check out."
"Second time staying here — the hotel itself is clean and very comfortable, the rooms are well equipped. Breakfast is pretty good. This time around we had a bit of a struggle at check in which also caused a problem at breakfast the next day.
The lady who checked us in (Megan) asked me four (4) times if I needed parking and didn’t seem to believe me when I kept saying no. She also told us our room wasn’t ready even though we checked in at 4pm, an hour after check-in time, and told us we’d need to take a 2 queen room instead of a king room.
I told her we’d rather wait for a king room because that’s what we paid for, and lo and behold, suddenly she had one.
We paid for breakfast with our stay, but she forgot to give us tickets for breakfast. Made it very awkward when we went to breakfast the next day and had to insist that we’d paid for breakfast. They still gave us a bill for breakfast, but then after talking to the front desk realized it was a mistake.
They were kind, but it was still very awkward having to defend the fact that we’d paid for breakfast already. They said we were the second group that day which the front desk had forgotten to give breakfasttickets to.
All in all, aside from the people and the awkwardness caused, it was a good stay. We’ll hope for better service next time we come back."
"The front desk staff was very nice. We arrived early and rested in the lobby. Once the room was cleaned, we checked in immediately. It is very close to the airport, very convenient, and there is an airport shuttle bus."
"Hotel is in the center of the city, close to metro station. Staff were very kind and helpful. Hotel has all the services you need including laundry. Hotel is clean though the hotel seems a bit outdated. The price quality ration is very good"
"The hotel's location, rooms, and breakfast were all quite good.
The only downside was that we were assigned a room at the end of the hotel's flight. I only discovered this issue during this trip; when checking into a hotel abroad, if you don't specify in advance, you're likely to be assigned a room at the end of the flight.
The parking lot is right next door, which is very convenient."

Great
Rred8meThe room is incredibly spacious, with a storage room, a dressing room, a washroom, a kitchen, and a bedroom! It's perfect for those traveling with family. All the main attractions are within walking distance! Highly recommend 👍
GGuest UserThis hotel is located near Penn. The restaurant downstairs is average. For parking, the nearby parking lot is $24 a day and you need to walk a distance. The room is average, but the attitude of the staff is very enthusiastic. The best choice for breakfast is WAWA. The food in this chain supermarket is cheap and delicious. Be careful not to exceed the time limit when parking on the roadside. There are surprisingly many law enforcement officers here.
CChenhuniuniuGreat location with beautiful river and bridge views from the window. It's walking distance to the Old Town and Independence Palace. The room was clean, and the breakfast was tasty and sufficient. Free coffee is available 24/7. It would have been perfect if slippers were provided.
BbobodogThe location is about two blocks from the city center, which is quite convenient, but there are limited dining options nearby; you have to go to the city center for more choices. The room is very spacious and well-equipped with an induction hob, oven, washing machine, and dryer, making it suitable for long stays or self-catering. The public facilities are on the top floor and, though I didn't need to use them much, they seemed complete and clean. The room decor is simple with a bit of an industrial style, primarily featuring concrete and white walls, emphasizing simplicity and convenience. Overall, everything was pretty good, but one major point was that the room wasn't cleaned at all during my 5-day stay. The hotel should provide some guidance upon check-in or in the room regarding cleaning services and trash disposal instructions, either for guests to handle themselves or for paid services. When I asked the front desk for cleaning, I was told they usually clean only once every three days, but in reality, it wasn't cleaned once during my entire 5-day stay. The accumulating trash, in particular, was a problem as I didn't know how to dispose of it. This was a bit of a letdown compared to my usual business hotel stays. If guests are expected to clean up their own trash, clear instructions are definitely needed to avoid confusion and the feeling of a lack of service.
GGuest UserGreat place to stay with my family. It’s in a great location for me because I can greet to my favorite places with ease. Will be the spot I go to for now on in the future everytime I travel back home to Philadelphia.
风风中诺Ctrip set, go to booking. The front desk is very convenient, it is not clear where my name is. The breakfast was quite good, the eggs and the fruit were very good. The streets are relatively clean, I am easy to turn, I have to rely on navigation😂
Bbl4862Hotel in downtown Philadelphia although located tucked near an expressway. Around a 10 minute walk to Rittenhouse Square. Just like many Sheraton hotels however, the hotel is a bit outdated which can be seen through the carpet and the bathroom however, cleanliness is decent. Spacious room. Housekeeping not very proactive, did not come for one day or came at 6pm. However, front desk was responsive and get that situation amended quickly. Not a bad stay for a decently price 3 star hotel in Philadelphia.
GGuest UserMy partner really enjoyed this hotel. He slept for over 12 hours.. haha that explains the whole story. The swimming pool was really nice too so we had fun in the morning. Also they give you water bottle. Nice hotel to stay over if you are visiting around.
AAnonymous UserThe decoration is old-fashioned, clean and tidy, and close to the airport. Overall, it is OK. In terms of facilities and items provided: American hotels do not provide toothbrushes, slippers and other items, which is quite different from domestic hotels of the same brand.
GGuest UserThe hotel is located in the Chinatown of Philadelphia, close to the city hall of Philadelphia and the city hall. You can get to Penn by subway. Unfortunately, in a hurry, I didn't have a good meal in Philadelphia Chinatown.
