As a couple travelling we had a great stay at Seoul 2. Max was super helpful, attentive, friendly and good for recommendations during our stay. The room was spacious, daily housekeeping and upgraded for free. We extended our stay here as we enjoyed our time in Cat Ba.

The owner is incredibly kind. The location is super close to the Oasis, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. The hotel's condition is great, and the amenities are well-maintained. I travel quite a bit, and this is the first hotel I've stayed in that provides salt for brushing teeth – quite a unique touch! The breakfast is also good for the price. My only minor complaint is that the room felt a bit humid. Other than that, I'm very satisfied. I just want to reiterate, the owner is truly lovely. Thank you!

Review for View Point Anh Quan Hotel, Cat Ba I recently had the pleasure of staying at the View Point Anh Quan Hotel in Cat Ba, and I must say it was a delightful experience. The hotel is situated in a quiet area, which provided a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring the beautiful surroundings. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the pier and close to Cat Co beach, making it convenient for sightseeing and enjoying the local attractions. The room I stayed in was spacious and clean, with stunning views from both my balcony and the rooftop cafe. Waking up to such breathtaking scenery was truly a highlight of my trip. The staff at the hotel were exceptional; they were friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure that my stay was comfortable. They helped arrange transportation from Hanoi to Cat Ba and even organized a fantastic day trip to Ha Long Bay for me. Breakfast at the hotel was enjoyable with a variety of options available, including made-to-order eggs that were delicious. The overall atmosphere of the hotel felt welcoming and homely, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend View Point Anh Quan Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay in Cat Ba!

Highly recommended!! A great, affordable place on Cat Ba Island. From what we've seen, it's hard to find something like this in Vietnam!!! Gem, the owner, is incredibly hospitable, always with a smile. From the day we booked, she contacted us to find out our arrival time and if we needed anything (she even offered transportation to pick us up from our previous hotel in Ha Long and drop us off at the door of the Napoli). She has everything ready so you can organize your trip from her ”command center”: motorbike rentals, laundry service, different tours around the island, and breakfast with various menus, all accompanied by drinks and fruit. She can also arrange transportation to your next destination... All at a good price. The rooms are just like in the photos, and the linens and towels are clean. There are basic amenities, as well as coffee, tea, and water. There's a refrigerator and hot water. If we return to Cat Ba, we'll definitely stay at the Napoli again!!

We had an amazing stay in this boutique hotel. The hosts were super nice and really treated us the best they could. At first the location seemed a bit away from the center, and without grab we were sceptic how to get to the center. But the hosts were super helpfull and brought us by car and picked us up as well. We even lend 1 scooter for an evening for free! The room was super new and had everything we needed. Good bed, big smart tv (for resting day), great shower, good AC and small balcony. We got homemade Vietnamese breakfast everyday. Even when my girlfriend asked for just fruits they made an amazing platter full. These people were so nice and asked nothing in return. We wanted to pay for the rides but they refused. The hotel is in a super new area and the streets are only accessible for people who need to be there, which makes it very safe as well. Just note that if booking a tour they cannot pick you up in front of the hotel, but just 3 minutes walk away, so no problems.

I was late due to the ferry closure and didn't stay at the hotel overnight. But I arrived in the morning and went to the hotel. I had a voucher with breakfast. The staff accepted it and allowed me to go to the cafe for breakfast. I'm very grateful for that. At the same time, I booked a Ha Long tour, which was very convenient.

very convenient location Going out is two big rows of food but the hygiene is a bit poor, the bed sheets are very itchy, the rest everything is ok no smell 

Beautiful newly opened hotel with very nice staff providing excellent service! We stayed at the Moon Boutique Hotel for one night while visiting Cat Ba island. The hotel is very well located on the town's main street and all sights on the island are easily accessible from this point. The room was large, stylishly decorated and had a very comfortable bed. Our favorite part of the hotel however was the staff! They went the extra mile to make us feel welcome and have a nice time on the island! They provided us great information about activities, prepared excellent welcome drinks and breakfast and always had a smile on their face. It was also very nice to see how well they worked as a team! Definitely the best hotel on Cat Ba!

I got healed by beautiful and marvelous nature. So originally I planned to stay just two days but couldn't help but expanding two more days. Every day I got returned with being tired but could be refreshed fully enough in the Cat Ba Green hotel. Now I really wish I could come back in the near future and if then I would like to stay again here without hesitation.
