"Upon entering the hotel, I immediately noticed the cold drinks readily available, which was a thoughtful touch. There are plenty of food options nearby, including Vietnamese pho, banh mi, and Mixue. Of course, Vietnamese coffee shops are ubiquitous here. The facilities were also very clean. Overall, I'm very satisfied."

"The hotel environment is excellent. Peaceful and quiet with a spectacular view of the ocean. The pool is clean and beautiful. The staff are helpful. One bad aspect of the hotel is the food. There are only two restaurants in the compound and both are bad. We reached in the afternoon and after checking in we went for lunch at one of the restaurants. We ordered seafood fried rice and spaghetti. When the food came we thought it was served from some leftover scraps! For dinner we went to the seafood restaurant and for starters we ordered the basket of bread and the bread looks like it was from the breakfast buffet. Our suspicions were confirmed the next morning when we went for the breakfast buffet. The basket of bread looks exactly like the bread served during breakfast. The spaghetti was exactly the same as well. The bits and pieces of the seafood fried rice looks like it came from the breakfast’s seafood noodle soup, except it was chopped up and fried with the rice! The whole episode with the food really upset us as we paid good money for the food in the restaurants and they are serving us leftovers from the breakfast buffet!"

"They provide a free shuttle service from Ho Chi Minh City to Vung Tau, which is a very convenient and valuable amenity. I'm glad I chose this hotel and thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The hotel also features a beautiful rooftop swimming pool and bar, although the prices are a bit on the higher side. Overall, the view was stunning, and I was very satisfied with my stay."

"Access was good, within walking distance of the front beach. There were restaurants and cafes nearby. The hotel was clean and spacious, and it even had a bathtub. It was cleaned daily, with towels changed and drinking water replenished. One thing was that there was no security deposit box. Breakfast was included, buffet style. The menu was slightly different every day and delicious. The staff were also very polite and answered our questions carefully. There aren't many Grab services in Vung Tau, so even if you order a Grab bike, you may have to wait a few minutes. This hotel is definitely one I'd like to stay at again."

"The service was very good from start to finish, phou who served us up at the rooftop bar Was a fantastic bar man and always smiling and friendly. The buffet was the best we have ever experienced, there was a great variety and quality. I usually don’t go to buffets but I was looking forward to it every morning. The room was very clean and spectacular. We had a massage everyday and thoroughly enjoyed it. My partner and I fell asleep during our foot reflexology it was that relaxing. If I am being overly critical, check in took longer then I expected and even though we got to the hotel at 10am it took until slightly after 3pm before our room was ready. We would have loved to have a higher level floor. Our room type said levels 3-7, we got allocated level 4. If I was to return I would request 5-7 as a run down building was blocking some of our view. Overall fantastic hotel and would definitely return"

"The hotel has a nice ambiance; although small, it's clean and comfortable. Recreational facilities include basic billiards, pool, and a golf course for rent. The breakfast set menu has a limited selection. The staff are friendly and helpful. It's a bit far from the beach, making it a good choice for those seeking tranquility away from the hustle and bustle."

"One of the oldest hotels in the city center. The pool is excellent, but you have to walk straight through the restaurant to get to it, which is a bit inconvenient. The rooms are large, and the mattresses and pillows are comfortable. There's carpet on the floor, but it seems they don't use a vacuum cleaner for housekeeping, so the floor isn't always clean. The breakfasts are repetitive, and everything is cold. There's no way to warm anything up. The coffee was also only cold, which was very disappointing. The staff, however, are wonderful and very friendly."

"Booking the Hillside section was a mistake. To access the pool, beach, restaurants, etc., you have to walk across the road to where the Seaview rooms are located, as they are not in the same complex. Hillside has no elevator, is extremely steep, and parking is difficult. It's only good for sleeping as it has no amenities whatsoever. The pool is small. The breakfast buffet is decent, and the staff being nice is a plus. That's all."

"The hotel is good and convenient. It’s 10 minutes from the main tourist area but very close to other local spots and the seaside. The service was good and the room was spacious."
