We stayed at this hotel for one night just to rest, and it was perfectly fine for that purpose. The staff were very kind and helpful, and the reception is available 24/7, which is very convenient if you arrive late or need assistance at any time. The location is very convenient, making it easy to get around. Overall, it’s a good option if you need a simple place to stay overnight.

Everything was great! They have free laundry facilities, and the room was clean. The staff at reception were very helpful. It's easy to find food nearby, and it's close to the bus stop. However, the only downside is that the room isn't soundproof, so you can hear noise from other rooms. Other than that, everything was perfect.

This was my first trip to Southeast Asia, so I thoroughly researched hotels to find one that was clean and safe, and I decided on this one. It's conveniently located about a 10-minute walk from Ben Thanh Market, which is great for getting around. Plus, Grab is always available. Late at night, I did notice tiny ant-like bugs, smaller than a millimeter, crawling on the bedside table, but I never saw any during the day. Housekeeping came daily, which was wonderful because I had fresh bath towels every day to dry my face and body. Just like Japanese hotels, there aren't face towels or pajamas. The hairdryer is a powerful Japanese brand; it's not fancy, but it dries hair thoroughly. There's no bathtub. The amenities are comprehensive, including a toothbrush, cotton swabs & cotton pads, razor, soap, and a comb. You also get two free bottles of water daily, which are replenished during cleaning. This was a lifesaver in the intense heat. Breakfast is served on the top floor from 7 AM to 9 AM. If you arrive close to 9, they'll still let you eat past the time. There's a fruit buffet, and you can order anything you like from the menu. All dishes come with a large baguette, making them quite filling 🥖. I had so many other things I wanted to try, so on my last day, I just had fruit. All the hotel staff were friendly, kind, and very pleasant. They were quick to open doors and immediately helped carry my heavy luggage. I arrived at the hotel around 9:30 AM after landing at the airport that morning. To my surprise and great relief, they checked me into my room immediately since one was available. Check-out was until 1 PM, which allowed me to go out, come back, and pack my bags. They even stored my luggage until the evening. I was quite anxious about traveling to an unfamiliar place, but I'm truly glad I chose this hotel. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean and safe hotel in the mid-price range!

We booked a Signature River View room. The room was well-equipped, though not quite as good as an Atour Hotel in China, but the service was truly excellent! Booking this room type gave us complimentary access to the Executive Lounge on the 23rd floor. From 3 PM to 5 PM, there's free food and drinks there – their cashews are particularly delicious! From 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM, they have cocktails (but we didn't go, haha). There's free laundry service daily and chocolates left for you at night. The service really is top-notch! The hotel breakfast is more Western-style but very extensive, and we all loved it. The hotel's location is unbeatable – within walking distance of The Cafe Apartment, City Hall, the Opera House, and the night bus pick-up point. The Fine Arts Museum and Ben Thanh Market also seem to be within walking distance. The Pink Church and Independence Palace are just a short taxi ride away, very close. Downstairs, there are plenty of massage shops and restaurants, and there's also a currency exchange next door, so it's super convenient!

The hotel's location is superb, and the rooms are very spacious, modern, and the bathrooms are also quite large. The bed is incredibly comfortable, and the bedding is of excellent quality. Breakfast offers a great variety, with Western options, as well as pho, fried noodles, and Chinese dim sum available to order. The coffee is made fresh to order, making it exceptionally fresh and flavorful. The service is incredibly thoughtful; Vy at the front desk stored our luggage for us upon check-in and helped us call a taxi and saw us off at the door upon departure. The older baggage handler at the entrance, Mr. Huang, speaks Chinese and always greets guests with a smile. One evening, we were chatting with friends in the lobby, and the night staff (whose name I didn't catch) brought us iced ginger tea, which was a very considerate gesture. Every staff member we encountered was attentive and provided excellent service. We absolutely loved this little hotel and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City.

I love the place and I would love to stay there again. It felt a bit daunting at first, like, you was left to stay in your friend’s place and not even sure how to go inside, I always think of myself as a tech savvy buy geez…ofc they told me the password but poor me..I don’t even know where to put it. can’t find the key/key card…. Even the key card to enter the main entrance I didn’t know where to tap. we have to learn about how to going in how to getting out the place, the elevator stuck here and there and no one there to help you except on chat (yes, he replied fast… but oh dear… it was raining and all we were so confused) when you learn everything it wasn’t bad… they even have washing/drying machine downstairs I read other review they say it’s free laundry but I didn’t use them

The location of this hotel could not be better, it was situated in the heart of district 1. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was a lovely flat screen smart TV with Netflix and YouTube. The main issue we had was with the shower which proved to have very poor water pressure making it rather difficult to wash oneself thoroughly. The hotel seemed to back off onto a bar which was loud in the early evening but calmed down when we went to bed around midnight. We both slept well and would recommend staying here!

Good service, attention and location. The bad thing was that the room was very small and we didn't go in with our bags, it didn't have 20m2, the room was full of mosquitoes and there was a not very pleasant smell in the bathroom.

This location is a fantastic find for anyone looking for a balance of value and accessibility. It is remarkably convenient, with almost all major tourist attractions located within easy walking distance, allowing you to immerse yourself in the city without the constant need for transport. For trips further afield, the metro stations are just a short 6 to 8-minute stroll away, making the entire transit system incredibly accessible. If you're looking for a reasonable and well-situated home base that puts you right in the heart of everything, this is an excellent choice.

The room was a decent size, had everything I needed, and was very clean. However, the curtains were poorly designed, letting in light on both sides (see photo). I arrived late at night, and by the time I was settled, it was already 1 AM. As a result, I was woken up by the light at 6 AM. The breakfast was plentiful, with both Asian and Western options. There's also a restaurant on the third floor where you can have lunch and dinner, and the prices are reasonable. Many local Vietnamese families dine there. The hotel is close to all the tourist attractions, making it a good choice overall. My only complaint is that the front desk captain was unfriendly and unsmiling.
