Facilities: OK Cleanliness: OK Ambiance: OK The bed was tiny, haha, but that's London for you. Service: OK Very central location, convenient for getting anywhere. Can't complain about the price, London is just that expensive. Breakfast had a good variety. The bed was super small, but it did the job.

Great location. The staff were friendly and always available. The setup was clean and inviting. I stayed in all female dorm and felt very safe. There was also some school trip taking place and lots of teenagers- but not in a party hostel place. 10/10 would stay again.

The apartment is well equipped and nicely presented.. Very close to public transport and walk to V &A museum. Staff members are friendly.

Residence Inn Kensington is our choice every time we visit London. Location, service and comfort are the reasons. Our appreciation to Bianca of the front desk who provided exceptional and efficient service when we checked in. Thanks to AJ for helping us to store our luggages when we left London for another trip for two weeks. The cafe offers delicious English breakfast. Special thanks to Happy who was very attentive to our needs. I’ll give our stay 10 out of 10.

The price was reasonable and the location was great. It's about an 8-minute walk to a large Westfield shopping center, so food options were plentiful. Access to trains, subways, and buses was also convenient. The only downside was the poor soundproofing – I could clearly hear footsteps and conversations from the hallway. One night, I was even startled by a sudden banging and door opening, and when I asked the front desk about it, I didn't get any response.

The location was great between two locations. The hotel was clean. Just one small issue is where our room was there's a constant sound of some sort of engine/machine operating in the background. Other than that the area was quiet. Very clean.

Overall, my stay was great! The reception was welcoming, and the room was nice and comfortable. The price was absolutely amazing! However, there were two issues: one of the skylights let in too much sunlight, and there was no way to block it, which was inconvenient. Also, the TV kept freezing and probably needs maintenance or adjustment. Other than that, everything was perfect, and I really enjoyed my stay!

The location is excellent, close to the subway and supermarket. The room is quiet, and the bathroom has a heated towel rack. The room also includes tableware, a microwave, and a refrigerator. The air conditioning is very effective, especially in hot weather.

Service: The front desk staff was very enthusiastic and provided excellent service, offering free luggage storage which was perfect for my last day before catching a flight. Facilities: The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean, and the coffee was delicious. Environment: There are plenty of places to eat and shop around, from large supermarkets to smaller ones. I even found a Chipotle open late for a late-night snack! 🥳 It's within walking distance of the Natural History Museum and super close to the subway station, which was incredibly convenient.

Safety: The hotel is located in the Kensington area, right next to the gates of Kensington Palace, so it feels very safe. Location: Bus stops are right outside, and nearby tube stations offer direct Circle and District line access to most major London attractions. Facilities: The hotel has been renovated, making it relatively new for London, very comfortable, and amenities are Penhaligon's. Service: The front desk, concierge, housekeeping, and restaurant staff were all very polite; normal English communication was met with no discrimination. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely come back.
