"I was in Lima OH when I mistakenly booked a stay in North Lima . I was tired from working all day and thinking North Lima was the north side of Lima not a totally different city. When I should up 5 minutes later to the hotel I assume I booked since it was only 2 miles from my location at 10:30 at night . The hotel manager let me know about the mix up. I will never use this provider for any bookings nore will I stay in a Quality Inn. I purchased a stay that night being the one I accidentally booked was over 200 miles away. I really hope these 2 companies go out of business with practice to screw over customers the only way they make any income. Shouldn't take long."
