"Disappointing Experience – Poor Communication and Service We reached out to the property about two months before our arrival, but unfortunately never received a response. Upon arrival, we waited around 45 minutes at the bus station before someone came to pick us up and bring us down the hill. The biggest issue was the shower, which was completely clogged and wouldn’t drain. Despite raising this with the staff three times, no one took responsibility or fixed the issue. Each time, the blame was shifted to someone else on a different shift. Overall, the staff were not friendly or helpful. In fact, we found them to be quite rude and uninterested in providing any level of hospitality. It didn’t feel like they cared about guest experience at all. Would not recommend based on our stay"

"A beautiful room that was cleaned very well. The staff is super nice, friendly, and even strikes up a conversation. Also very thoughtful, as they ask you the next day what you talked to them about yesterday. Excellent location. Beautifully landscaped, lovely garden and swimming pool (though with a lot of chlorine). Super comfortable sunbeds by the pool and plenty of parasols available to stay out of the sun. Tasty and good breakfast with plenty of choice, including plain bread with egg/cheese/bacon/salami etc. as well as sweet rolls and fruit. Staff mega friendly; always good help and service at the reception. We even received a breakfast package because we had to leave for the airport very early on the last day. (We stayed at this hotel because we were participating in the Travelbase Vespa trip)."

"The road to the guesthouse was a bit winding, but we were immediately warmed by its convenience upon checking in. That evening, the owner offered us a boat trip in the Amalfi Coast, which was exactly what we needed. The next morning, after breakfast, a car picked us up to go on the boat trip. Our car was parked in the large parking lot, and we would normally have needed to drive into their private garage. He asked us to leave the car keys with him so he could handle it. When we returned from our trip, not only was the room cleaned, but the car keys were on the table, along with a note (pictured in picture nine). Although the Chinese handwriting was difficult for us to decipher, he had provided a voice translator before we left, explaining how to open the garage and where to park. We understood that the crooked Arabic numerals were 17, the mailbox was the parking space, and how to press the button to open the door. He must have used translation software; it was truly remarkable. Also, we had arranged breakfast for 7:30 am. When we came downstairs at 7:40 am, he was waiting for us. Since we were staying on the third floor, and breakfast was in the front yard, which required a half-circle walk to reach, he came to pick us up. Furthermore, their garden and vegetable patch were beautiful, with lush green grass in the yard and hibiscus in full bloom; there were also plenty of lemons and pomegranates bearing fruit... The herbs and tomatoes on the dining table were all homegrown, and we could see the sea from our balcony. The room was fresh and the bedding was comfortable... In short, it was a very loving and warm stay experience."

It’s perfect for unwinding on the terrace, whether enjoying a peaceful outdoor breakfast or a relaxing dinner while taking in the jacuzzi experience. The dinner experience at the restaurant was exceptional. The setting is beautiful, surrounded by trees and lush flower gardens, creating a truly relaxing atmosphere. The food is delicious, and I highly recommend it. what i disliked, is calling the reception at 11PM to repair the fridge which was OFF and to fix the kitchen gas stove, those should be done and checked before customers check in"

"Absolutely fabulous Relais in Torca, tiny village next to Sant'Agata sui due Golfi and Massa Lubrense. Not too far away from Sorrento, Positano and Amalfi, we have found our Buen Retiro pampered by Peppe and Rosanna, owners always courteous and helpful who have restored this beautiful house in stone with a breathtaking view of Li Galli (already belonging to celebrities, among all, the Neapolitan playwright Eduardo De Filippo and the ballet star Rudolf Nureyev). Thanks to Peppe, for having organized boat trips for us to Amalfi and Positano, while recommending small local trattorias and the most beautiful beaches to experience and, last but not least, an applause to the Jams and Cakes for breakfast and Herbal Licorice to buy of the talented first lady of the house Rosanna. Relais Li Galli, a place to discover, come back and come back again!"

"I made a mistake with my booking I book twice and they charge me an extra 60.00 euro. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel outdated, rates too high! Also, I requested a late check out and they wanted an extra 100 euro for 3 extra hours. They would not keep my care for couple hours after checking out. To use the pool you must spend 20.00 euro. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel."

"Absolutely shocking!!!!!! Booked this accommodation for our honeymoon using an agent. The online pictures look NOTHING like the reality of the room. We were promised a beach front hotel room. We got a room overlooking a restaurant tin roof. There is no reception and to get to the accommodation you have to walk down a very steep hill for 15 minutes!!!! Try doing that with your luggage. The bed cover and sheets had stains, the towels and pillows are a million years old, and the bathroom was covered in mould. The rain shower did not work and was riddled with rust. This is far from luxury and is more like a hostel. We checked out the next day and have requested a refund. The owner has gone MIA and ignored all messages from us and our agent. DO NOT trust this accommodation; images are misleading. This it is pure trickery!!!"
