"The following is my experience, compiled by deepseek. I was extremely disappointed with the service and facilities of this hotel, which were completely unworthy of over 1,000 RMB per night, not to mention the additional "late check-in fee." First, we arrived at the hotel an hour later than scheduled, but the front desk demanded a 60 AUD "late check-in fee." This charge is unprecedented in other similar hotels in Australia; most offer self-check-in and don't require any extra fees. Even more infuriating, after we negotiated with the front desk, they demanded we pay upfront to check in. After payment, the front desk simply gave us our room number and said, "The room isn't locked, just go in." This attitude of providing absolutely no service is unacceptable. However, the terrible experience didn't end there. Upon entering the room, we found it to be in extremely poor condition; the table was crawling with ants, completely failing to meet basic hygiene standards. Maintaining room cleanliness is a fundamental requirement for a hotel, but this hotel clearly couldn't even do that. Furthermore, the room's soundproofing was extremely poor; the sounds of guests walking in the hallway were clearly audible, severely disrupting our rest and making it impossible to sleep at night, completely defeating the purpose of staying at a hotel. Even more frustrating was the extremely low quality of the hotel's amenities. The shower gel, shampoo, and other products were not only cheap but also extremely unpleasant to use, completely unacceptable for a hotel at this price point. Overall, this hotel's service, cleanliness, soundproofing, and amenities quality fell far short of expectations, even to the point of being utterly terrible. We paid for the service but received nothing commensurate with our payment. This irresponsible attitude has completely eroded my confidence in this hotel. I hope the hotel management will address these issues and improve service quality; otherwise, it will only lead to more disappointment and dissatisfaction among guests. In any case, I will absolutely not recommend this hotel to anyone, and I hope other guests will avoid this irresponsible hotel."

"The room was spacious and well-equipped, but the renovation was a bit dated. The hotel environment was undeniably beautiful, though I didn't see the kangaroos I'd heard about. The restaurant had Chinese-speaking staff, making ordering easy. The dumplings were good, but a bit salty. The noodles were also quite salty. There's a small pier at the back where you can fish, which seemed really nice! 👍"
