"I stayed in this hotel because it was close to the San Filippo stadium where the concerts are held. The only positive thing was that parking wasn't available and I had to leave the car outside. When I got to my room, I noticed that the hotel was dated and that was fine for just one night. But cleanliness wasn't. This should be my top priority. The room was full of dust under the bed. On the bedside tables. Everywhere. Towels were old and torn. In short, I highly recommend it."

"The location is excellent, less than a five-minute walk from the station. Although it's an older hotel, the decor is very stylish. My only slight regret was that the room had a strong smell of smoke, and the receptionist's English wasn't very good, so I wasn't given a room change. "Terrible experience. When we got to the room there was hair all around the bathroom as if someone had just shaved there. Along with mosquitoes that had been squashed into the wall and left. In the morning we were woken up by loud drilling which caused the room to shake and continued until after we left at around 10 am. It was not possible to stay in the room as the noise was ridiculously loud. This also happened on the second day of our stay as well and likely continued after we left. Additionally the paint on all the walls was scratched and the plug socket came out of the wall when we unplugged are chargers. The breakfast was also not very nice. When we applied for a refund we were denied even with video and photographic evidence. I would not recommend this hotel at all and I also would not recommend Trip as they were very unhelpful when it came to helping me get a refund and constantly asked me to wait until a certain time and then never replied at this time and I had to constantly chase them up on things."
