"My reservation was for two people and they gave me a single room. I suggested they give me the double room that was on my reservation and they said we would be comfortable in it because the bed was big. TRUE. The bed was fine and we accepted it, but a hotel has to accept its mistake and, above all, treat its customers well. That offer to change rooms was missing, even though we would have accepted the one we had. Another thing is the facilities. They are old. Very dirty carpeted floor and other deficiencies that a hotel of this category should not have. The same thing happens with breakfast. Totally deficient. No hot food, no fruit and only water to drink. We could only choose between some sweets and some tubs of jam and butter I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone I hope that all this time I have dedicated helps them take note and customers receive better service."

"This is an exceptional place to stay. It is an old mansion that has been retrofitted to receive guests. It is beautiful and full of history. You feel as if you are stepping back in time. The location is also excellent. The staff superior and gave us a list of places to go and restaurants to visit. We had one of our BEST meals at the restaurant the suggested. The bed and pillows were also amazing. The best we slept in BY FAR. I would highly recommend staying here."

The building is a classic Italian historical building with high ceilings and decorations. I must say was a nice experience. Breakfast it’s topical Italian with some intercontinental options."

"The location is excellent, less than a five-minute walk from the station. Although it's an older hotel, the decor is very stylish. My only slight regret was that the room had a strong smell of smoke, and the receptionist's English wasn't very good, so I wasn't given a room change.
