"We booked directly via the Nirome Luxury Suites website, and deeply regret our decision. We booked the deluxe suite with sea view and hot tub - ground floor. Never again! Pros: - The suite itself was beautiful, had a lot of space and was very clean upon arrival - The shower itself was large and lovely with excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water - The location was good, but you will need a car to get around as with the exception of one local dining options, nothing else is within a short (10mins) walk - Free parking was available on-site - They kindly provided a variety of drinks and snacks, which were replenished daily - The initial suite tour by Eleni was pleasant and she provided useful information about the surrounding area via WhatsApp - The WiFi worked well most of the time, but was slow on occasions Cons: - The biggest disappoint was the deceitful nature of the management company. We chose the suite based on the "hot tub" which was falsely advertised and had known issues prior to our arrival - which we were not made aware of. Upon informing Eleni regarding the faulty lighting and the water heating not working via Whatsapp, she stated that the lighting issue was known and to be fixed, and the hot tub was in fact a spa bath - which meant the water heated 1 degree every 20mins. We tested this over 2 days and informed her that the water was still not heating and we could not use the service we had paid for. She told us via Whatsapp that she would arrange for an engineer to come and check the issue. Having heard nothing from Eleni all day, we lodged a formal complaint via email and were later told that they had taken swift action and the hot tub had been tested by an engineer. This is absolutely not possible and false as we were in the apartment most of the day. Furthermore, the water we had left in the "hot tub" was still the same level and nothing had appeared to have been touched. Not impressed by the deceitful nature of the management team and would have expected better. Their final communication completely ignores our feedback and states "the hot tub is fully functional". - We noticed insects wandering around the room, which was a bit unsettling - The sea view is only visible if you stand outside, as the apartment is on the ground floor - While the outside space of the suite was nice, it faces a busy road, and despite the wall and plants, the noise from traffic can be distracting - The pillows were quite hard and uncomfortable, leading us to use the small decorative ones for better support - The bathroom, separated by a glass door, offered little privacy as you could hear everything. Also, the bathroom lighting was faulty and eventually stopped working altogether. - The apartment itself can feel a little dark and could benefit from brighter lighting - The TV is located directly above the hot tub, so you cannot watch it from there Overall, while the location and some amenities were decent, the issues we encountered, particul"

"A fantastic hotel! The price is reasonable, and the location is right in the town center, making it very convenient to rent a car and go to the various beaches. The rooms are well-equipped, and the air conditioning is excellent. I especially loved the courtyard next to the room. The staff were very nice and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance to visit Milos again."

"We loved every minute of this little oasis! To start with it was like walking into your friend’s house when Haris greeted us! He is an absolute credit to this lovely place. The hotel itself is beautiful and serene - we felt like we breathed a sigh of relief when we arrived and felt instantly relaxed. The rooms are tasteful, beautiful and oh so comfortable. The view is UNMATCHED. You definitely need a car and a confident driver to reach Psaravolada, but it’s 100% worth it. Grab some dinner in their restaurant… it was our favourite Greek salad that we had during the whole holiday! The portions are huge and the value for money is amazing! Don’t hesitate to book a stay here, it’s beautiful, calm and cosy."

"Lovely hotel; five minutes’ walk from the sea. Stunning views of the coast and surrounding countryside. Service was impeccable. Chrisoula, the manageress, was hugely friendly and wonderfully helpful with everything - including pick-up and drop-off at the ferry port, as well as restaurant recommendations and bookings. Rooms were very well furnished and spotless: towels and bed linen was changed every two days. A roof top terrace with fully-stocked drinks bar and honesty box was a lovely touch. Excellent choices at breakfast: super-healthy options - fab fresh orange juice and fruit plus gorgeous Greek yogurt - as well as homemade pastries and jams. Cannot recommend highly enough; you are guaranteed a wonderful holiday if you stay here."

"I had a wonderful stay here. The owner and their family were very friendly, welcoming, and made us feel at home. Their one-year-old daughter was absolutely adorable and always brightened our day. Although the hotel is located on a hillside rather than in the town center, the location is very convenient. It is close to the center and well positioned for exploring the island, with most attractions just a short drive away. There is a large supermarket right across the street, which was very convenient, and a nice bakery nearby with a beautiful sea view. Plaka is just a few minutes away uphill, and Sarakiniko is also very close by. The view from the hotel is excellent. You can see a large part of the island from the property, and the night sky is beautiful. The focaccia served at breakfast was delicious and something we looked forward to every morning. The room was spacious (it has balcony, sofa and also kitchen!) and offered great value for the price. Overall, I really enjoyed our stay and would happily stay here again if we return to Milos."
