"My room was dirty. The floors are black. The bed sheets have not been changed since we booked the room. The bathroom is disgusting, the bath tub is black with a huge ring around it. I requested to get my room cleaned today. Because it wasn’t cleaned before I booked the room. The house keepers only swept the floor and pulled the old covers back."
