"The room was incredibly spacious. The front desk staff were very welcoming and even offered to help with my luggage. The room was clean and tidy, and they have a smart robot that delivers takeout. The hotel itself is very new and high-tech, and it even has a washer-dryer combo, which is a great touch. The breakfast was delicious, especially the noodles, though they could be a bit chewier – something to improve on. Everything else was really good. The service was excellent; they were very prompt in providing extra blankets and hangers. I would definitely come back."

"This is one of the better quality options in Golmud (there aren’t many). The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was good. Unfortunately, the service was very poor - there were no functioning USB ports in the room and the hotel was unhelpful - seeming unwilling or unable able to offer a solution. The “room service” is actually takeaway food delivered from outside the hotel but no cutlery/chopsticks was provided with it. When we asked the hotel to provide some, it took nearly 20 minutes to arrive (longer than the food itself), by which time the food was getting cold. We had to ask repeatedly for sufficient drinking water, having only been provided two small bottles for two people. Aside from the poor service, the hotel is in an odd location, surrounding by closed shops and building sites - nowhere near the commercial centre of the city - with nothing within walking distance. With the right management, it could be an excellent hotel, but it’s not quite there at the moment."

There are car washes across from and next to the hotel, perfect for washing your car after returning from National Highway 109. The breakfast shop recommended by the front desk was also next to the hotel and tasted great."

"We were transiting in Golmud. The hotel we booked at first was not very good, so we changed to Hilton. We just looked at the reviews and decided. We thought there would be no star-level hotels in Haixi Prefecture, but the Hilton in Golmud exceeded my expectations. The lobby reception breakfast and guest rooms are all five-star standards, with full marks for details. It is also one of the few hotels with air conditioning. Takeout can be delivered to the door. There is free parking in the underground garage. The breakfast is great. The front desk lady is also very beautiful. The bathroom sanitary ware is also high-standard Duravit and Grohe. The water flow is large and the water pressure is stable, the hot water is sufficient, and there is no sewer smell. The bedding is also very good, the usual King Koil series is comfortable and easy to sleep, which relieves the fatigue of the Qinghai-Gansu Grand Loop. I will stay here again if I have the chance. Beautiful Haixi Prefecture, perfect Hilton."

"The room is good, clean and hygienic, the heating is too full, the quilt is thick, and it is too hot to sleep! I don't know why the temperature is set so high. I saw that many rooms are open, maybe because it is too hot! Breakfast is average, the underground parking lot is shared with the community, and the car was blocked when I went out in the morning. The front desk said that they could not solve it. The community property management said that they were looking for a hotel. On the 12123 platform, there is no network in the basement, and the photos of the scene cannot be uploaded. There is no elevator from the basement to the hotel lobby. It is a staircase. It runs back and forth several times. It is difficult to submit successfully. It is still delayed for more than an hour."

"This time I stayed at this hotel for the exam, the experience was great! The location of the hotel is particularly good, very close to the test center, within walking distance, saving the traffic trouble, so that I can focus more on the exam. The room was quiet and tidy, the sound insulation was very good, and the rest was very practical at night, and there was no external interference at all. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning temperature was suitable, which made me fully relaxed before the exam. The staff service is also very intimate, knowing that I am coming to the exam, specially reminded me of the breakfast time and arranged a wake-up service for me, very warm heart. The breakfast is rich in variety and the nutrition is reasonable, providing sufficient energy for the exam. In short, this hotel provides great convenience for my exam, highly recommended to other candidates, I will definitely choose here next time I have the opportunity!"

Two movie tickets were given when checking in, the breakfast was tasteful, and parking was convenient. Unfortunately, the hot water was not hot and the water output was too small. The guests staying in this hotel are generally big shots who travel along the Qinghai-Tibet line, and they need hot water to wash and relieve fatigue. This is a management loophole and shortcoming of the hotel!

The hotel has its own restaurant and canteen, the room has diffuse oxygen supply, and the large yard is particularly convenient for parking. This time, the whole family drove Tibet with two elderly people in their 80s to live in the Luohe River. Because there is a diffuse oxygen supply, everyone has no high reaction phenomenon, so we are very happy to live here as an unforgettable memory in life. So I still have to give the hotel five points, cross the river to recommend staying here, there is no need to drive to Golmud as someone suggested, driving is not too dangerous and not too meaningful.
