"Normal 4 star, 5-7 minutes to the beach, the rooms are not big, breakfast and dinner are not bad. Special thanks to the staff, Svetlana, Yulia and Miroslava, they always helped with questions. And special thanks to the cleaner Katerina, she never came into the room when the ”do not disturb” mode was turned on, unlike others! My wish to the hotel, do something with those who meet guests at breakfast and dinner, I think they need to work in another position, since they always had gloomy faces:)"

"We stayed at the hotel from 2 to 4 October 2026 to celebrate our daughter’s birthday. The hotel has many good qualities, but unfortunately I cannot say that I would recommend it at this point. The positives: the staff were wonderful — polite, friendly and genuinely pleasant at reception, in the restaurants and at the bars. For our daughter’s birthday, cakes and sparkling wine were kindly placed in our fridge. The hotel has beautiful views, lovely green grounds, spacious rooms with kitchenettes, comfortable mattresses and excellent bed linen. There is also a shuttle to the beach, daytime activities, evening entertainment and a good variety of food. Unfortunately, the cleanliness and maintenance of the room were disappointing. The sink in our room was leaking, so water collected on the floor after use. On Saturday morning I wiped it up with the bath mat and left it on the floor. When we returned after breakfast, the same wet and dirty mat had simply been hung over the glass shower partition instead of being replaced. Towels left on the floor should be changed. The towels also did not smell fresh, which made me question their cleanliness, although the bed linen was spotless. I also found dirt between the sink and the bathtub, together with a spider’s nest and a large spider. We are not afraid of spiders, but this is not something you expect in a 4-star hotel costing more than €300 per night. Another unpleasant issue was the tableware in the main restaurant. Many plates had white residue and streaks and looked very dirty. I mentioned this to the staff, but the same problem remained at breakfast on both Saturday and Sunday. This was our second stay at a hotel from this chain, and unfortunately also the second time we experienced problems with room condition or cleanliness. Please pay more attention to housekeeping standards, staff training and room maintenance. These issues seriously affect the overall impression of an otherwise very pleasant hotel."
