"Hampton inn was advertising the hotel like it had a swimming pool but guess what the pool is under reinnovation so there was no pool for my Christmas holiday. Had I known this in advance I would have booked another hotel. The hotel was okay and a good value for the money with the pool but without a pool it's just a hotel in the middle of nowhere without any amenities. I couldn't even really tell I was by the beach because I had a mountain view because I had a mountain view because I had a mountain view. There was no way to really look at the ocean because of course there was no pool and breakfast was monotonous the same thing every single day no variance no difference and basically know meat I would say it was a very substandard breakfast and unappetizing and not really hot. Only canned juices and no decaffeinated coffee. I would not stay here again without a pool. And be careful when you get a room because some of the rooms are moldy and the ice machine are broken on every floor except for in the main lobby. This hotel needs a little money pumped into it and the pool restored to working order. The two queen bedroom was roomy put with no pool I didn't really enjoy my experience. Staff was professional but I'm sure they're tired of hearing people complain about the fact that a hotel that advertises a pool doesn't actually have a pool that functions. The daily fruit options were not exactly what I would call fresh either a little rancid. The attached pictures are of the broken ice machine signs the less than fresh fruit, and the sealed off entrance to the pool."

"A bit far from the beach, few sea view rooms, not all-inclusive hotel, only breakfast, very average, not recommended, after all, come here to sunbathe and enjoy the beach, if it is a business activity, it is still recommended, very clean, quiet! "The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast, although it doesn't offer a great variety, was simple but tasteful, perfect for the day to begin. The staff were very helpful and helpful and always available to meet my needs, which really added to the quality of my stay. The view from the roof was simply beautiful, an ideal place to relax and enjoy the landscape. "We chose this hotel because the ocean waves are generally very strong throughout Los Cabos, making most hotel beaches unsafe for swimming. This hotel, however, is located in Santa Maria Bay, which allows for safe swimming. Prior to arrival, I knew nothing about the Montage. But within 10 minutes of checking in on the first day, I was completely blown away. And it wasn't just because of the nearly billion-dollar investment in the entire resort, or how they carefully relocated and then replanted the bay's vegetation during construction to preserve the ecosystem. It was the service. Their service is incredibly attentive yet makes you feel completely at ease and free, with absolutely no discomfort. I took some time to learn about the Montage brand. While they focus on top-notch facilities, they move away from 'scripted' service to achieve 'genuine, relaxed care.' They've evolved from 'responsive' to 'intuitive, invisible' service. They've broken down the rigid boundaries often found in traditional five-star luxury hotels. They consistently anticipate your needs and act before you even have to ask, which has shaped their unique service philosophy and quickly made them a rising star in the ultra-luxury hotel market. Since the group hasn't been around for long, most of their hotels are in the US and North America, so many Chinese guests aren't familiar with them. The Executive Sous Chef, who is from China, specially came to meet and greet us after learning we had checked in. He told us that while they do have Chinese guests regularly, they are mostly Chinese residents in the US. We were their first guests from mainland China, which was quite interesting. I rarely write reviews, but I wanted to share this so more people could discover this hotel. I would definitely go back to the Montage Los Cabos, and other Montage properties, given the chance!"

"Advantages: The location is OK, close to the airport, in the center of the old city, the facilities are relatively new, relatively clean, and there are more food nearby. Disadvantages: too noisy! ! If you are looking at the sea, it is not recommended to live here, a bit far away."
