"I was given a room in the main building instead of the new building. I had heard various problems with the facilities in the main building, so I was hoping to be given a room in the new building for this price, but that wasn't the case. When I showed the front desk a printout of my reservation email and complained, they dismissed my concerns, saying it was only natural to be given a room in the main building for this price. I figured that arguing would only result in the website being solely to blame, and I didn't want to waste energy on something like this during my trip, so I gave in easily. Looking back now, I can't accept the front desk's assertive attitude, as well as the website's own shortcomings. The main building is old, which is understandable, but there seemed to be gaps in the doors, allowing you to see inside clearly, and the walls between rooms were extremely thin. I managed to get by by using clothes and bags to seal the doors and using the beds facing the opposite direction."

"The internet was hard to connect to and slow. I spoke to the front desk and they said it was hard to connect when there were a lot of guests. They played music in the hallways at night and early in the morning, which was very annoying."

"This hot spring is adjacent to Piyashiri Ski Resort. It's relatively close to the campsite, so we went there for a day trip. Tickets are purchased from a vending machine, but you can only buy one at a time, so it gets crowded with large groups. The inside of the hot spring seems to have been renovated, and it is comfortable with a clean waiting room and changing room. There is no open-air bath, but there is a sauna. The hot spring is originally a cold mineral spring, and you can drink the water. The ingredients are rich and it warmed me up nicely. It was the perfect hot spring to take a dip in after camping."

"Although I made a last-minute reservation for this hotel, it was much more spacious than a typical business hotel, clean, and a little stylish. The bathroom and toilet were separate, the bath was large, and they even provided bath salts, so I was able to soak in the tub and soothe my fatigue."
