"The room and bathroom are of medium size and clean, the windows can be opened, the bed is comfortable, and the wifi is good. There is a hair dryer, only 1 clothes hanger, and no shampoo, body soap, or TV. Five rooms share a kitchen, which is fully equipped with stoves, microwaves, refrigerators, dining tables, large and small pots, etc. There is a Lidl supermarket nearby, making life convenient. Close to the city center, only a 10-minute walk away. It's a bit far from Newport train station, and it takes about 20 minutes to walk to the hotel."

"Stayed for one night. Arrived super late for check in and the concierge was very kind and stayed late to help us. Room was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. Breakfast was good. Something to note is that parking was in a nearby garage and is not covered by the hotel. Overall would recommend if you’re in the area!"

"Easy and quick check-in and check-out, with wonderful and responsive staff (we requested some extra blankets and pillows for the use of the sofa bed, and this was delivered very promptly!). The room was spacious and neat and clean. The price was entirely reasonable, especially for such a big room. We would stay here again :)"
