"Unfortunately, the receptionist initially gave us the keys to a room that was already rented, which not only surprised us but also caused a delay. We couldn't take the complimentary drink because it was only valid from 12:00 to 19:00. The lovely indoor and outdoor pools are unfortunately unusable, as the indoor pool isn't currently heated and there's no lighting. Swimming outside isn't possible either; it's closed and freezing cold."

"Simple hotel with simple but clean rooms, 20 minutes walk from the station. Unfortunately no air-conditioning which was sad at 30+ degrees. The window open was not a good idea because from one hour or four the street in front changes to a kind of race course for (cargo) traffic. So ask for a room in the back. Room very small, bathroom but well shower."

"When arrived it felt like a holiday. The facility is very large and generous and yet everything is well accessible. The only thing I personally found negative was the few choices at breakfast buffet, since I had expected more at the price. Also at the restaurant and at the pool theke."

"The staff were very friendly, and I appreciated the daily room cleaning. Although the hotel was closed on check-in day, the key pickup via phone and keypad box was convenient, and there’s a Netto right across the street. However, the hotel is quite dated, and the rooms felt stuffy with an unpleasant smell, so we had to keep the windows open even on cold days. It’s in a small town with limited accommodation options, which likely explains its popularity. Our first night was disturbed by noise early in the morning (4am!), and parking is very limited and usually full. The boarded-up building behind the hotel also made the area feel a bit unsafe."

I travel to many hotels around the world for work, and even in well-known 5-star establishments, I have rarely experienced such motivated and professional hosts as those at the Aja Bad Saarow. A receptionist who not only remembers all of his guests, but also distinguishes himself through his friendliness and natural host-like manner. Every hotel would be licking its fingers for this man 🤣 But the rest of the hotel is also impressive. A beautiful wellness area, solid but clean rooms, and the hotel's location are convincing. Of course, with a delicious buffet and good breakfast, you can always expect a little more, but all in all, you are satisfied as a guest here and would gladly return."

"We were already on the swan for a few nights at the hotel. Otherwise we liked it well. "The room is large enough and lovely, you come in and have to your right the toilet, then the bathroom with shower and then the sleeping area. There is a TV, a coffee machine and a refrigerator. We had the 107 and looked out on the parking lot, but wasn't bad because we were only to sleep in the room.
