"Concierge didn't know how to use TV remote; we both struggled with the TV/remote in the lobby until we got the channel I was seeking. Room was very attractive, figured out on my own how to get heat in room and what Wifi password was (no verbal or written instructions provided). Bed very comfortable, very nice to have refrigerator/freezer, microwave in room. Only significantly negative aspect was shower: it was STRONG flow and I found no way to make water force more gentle. Water drained out of tub slower than projected out of shower head, so tub quickly retained water and I ended up standing in soapy water entire time in shower."
