"Very friendly staff who were extremely helpful and kind. You can rent the motorbike here and the common area is great to just sit and enjoy the view of the sea. Rooms are basic but have what you need & if you need anything more the staff will be more than willing to assist. You’re off the main road but everything is accessible in less than 5 minutes walk. 7-11 is about 5 minutes walk and the main road with different restaurants and options for coffee or bakery goods open all day. Very safe and friendly area with no problem coming home after dark. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend staying here."

"The hotel is quite far from the whale shark swimming spot, and our transportation costs ended up being much higher than we expected. On top of that, we had to go twice because the first time we arrived around 10:00 AM, the swimming sessions were already over, and we missed out. We were also pretty shocked by the damp and unwashed towels. The food selection isn't huge, but what they do make is delicious. The main highlight is the ocean with turtles."
