We went to Mount Merapi and stayed at this hotel, which is located in Kalirung. It is only accessible by motorcycle from downtown Yogyakarta, and costs about 56,000 rupiah. The environment of this hotel is very good, and most of the locals go there for vacation. Since we went to Mount Merapi in the early morning, the hotel also very enthusiastically prepared egg rolls and a super large portion of fried noodles and two bottles of mineral water, which tasted very good! In terms of price, Ctrip is a bit expensive, agoda and booking are more affordable.

The place is in the countryside, with good views and a natural environment. The host is very nice and takes very good care of us. They prepared a plentiful breakfast for us, including different kinds of traditional Indonesian food. If you are looking for a place to relax and escape from bustling cities, this is the place you are looking for.

Скромный объект размещения. Поэтому и цена очень низкая. Нужно это понимать. Персонал очень доброжелательный! И отличное расположение: рядом местные магазины, ресторан с итальянской пиццей и туристические бюро. Для переночевать на 1-2 ночи отличный недорогой вариант!

will be back again. Location is near many spots with beautiful views. In fact a viewing tower to see Mount Merapi is just right beside this accommodation. Convenience stores and banking services are accessible by foot along the main street. The owners are really friendly and would show you around the area whenever they have free time. Great value for money. I had a long stay just to enjoy my time in this quiet part of town, if you like to run there is a great route around this accommodation in the direction of Merapi too.
