"We came here for a night after staying at local minsu stay.
Hotel stay is really of a different standard and clean. We enjoyed the stay fully! Bed and pillows were super comfy. We had some issues with the warmer but they promptly sent one portable warmer for us. Hotel is also super sweet to provide free bottles of water even after the ones in the room are finished. Just give reception a call! Recommended!"

"We stayed at the Suiseki Hotel in mid-October, and overall, it was a great experience. The room was spacious and clean, with complete amenities like a microwave, kettle, and refrigerator. They even thoughtfully provided bath bombs and toiletries. The bathtub was large, perfect for a relaxing soak. It was a shame the sauna was under maintenance, so we couldn't try it.
The landlady and staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming. Since we were foreign tourists and didn't have local phone numbers, the hotel couldn't reach us and even worried that we wouldn't be able to find the place.
The hotel's location is a bit secluded, making it hard to get takeout delivered. However, the room had instant noodles and snacks available for purchase, and you could also order hotpot and Northeastern Chinese dishes. We tried the cold noodles, and they were quite good.
In the morning, the surrounding scenery was beautiful. We took many photos while walking back from the Suiseki rafting. Overall, the hotel offers a comfortable environment and attentive service, making it ideal for travelers looking to relax and escape the hustle and bustle.
Oh, one last thing: the breakfast was delicious! Especially the millet porridge! đ¤¤"

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and it was truly an exceptional experience from start to finish. The level of service here is world-class, particularly the housekeeping team. When I found my room a bit too warm and realized the windows were fixed, the staff proactively provided a fan to improve airflow. This, combined with the in-room humidifier, ensured a perfect nightâs sleep. The room amenities were also incredibly thoughtful and comprehensive.
The hotel facilities are a major highlight. The hot springs offer an impressive variety of both indoor and outdoor pools. Furthermore, the logistics are handled seamlessly; the shuttle service to and from the High-Speed Rail station was very convenient. For those visiting Changbaishan, the hotel offers a direct bus service (provided you have a ticket), which made my trip stress-free.
I want to extend my sincere gratitude to Da Ling and Yin Ling. Their attentive care and constant check-ins throughout my stay made me feel truly valued and were the highlights of my trip.

"I spent a long time choosing a hotel for our trip to Changbai Mountain. Since we only had two days, it was a challenge to ensure our family could enjoy everything thoroughly. Ultimately, we were very satisfied with our choice. Firstly, the hotel isn't far from the Changbai Mountain entrance, and they offer direct shuttle service. The hot spring is right within the hotel, which was our first winter hot spring experience. It was a bit crowded, but that's to be expected during peak season. We went skiing on the day we checked in. We almost gave up because of the tight schedule â we arrived at 1 PM and the shuttle left at 1:30 PM. However, Mr. Zhang from the hotel encouraged us and actively helped our whole family (renting clothes, assisting with quick check-in procedures), and we had a great time. The small park behind the hotel was also fantastic; we fed animals and enjoyed small snow activities. We even built a little snowman in the park the next morning. As for food, breakfast was decent, but dinner Ă la carte was a bit pricey â you can spend as much or as little as you like."

"The room is very spacious, and they replace the clean towels daily even for extended stays. There's a free laundry room, which is super convenient! Especially the restaurant â it's affordable and incredibly delicious, with not a single dish disappointing. I highly recommend the Guo Bao Rou (sweet and sour pork) and Da La Pi (cold jelly noodles). I also want to give a special shout-out to the restaurant. After coming down from Tianchi Lake, I really wanted some ginger soup to warm up. Even though they hadn't made it before, they tried their best and made a whole pot for free, delivering it thoughtfully to my room with bowls and spoons. It was still piping hot when I received it â I was so touched and grateful! I highly recommend this hotel! It truly felt like a home away from home!"

Unlike other star hotels where the food is bland, the dishes here taste absolutely amazing! "The hotel boasts an excellent location, close to both the town and the North Slope. It's about a ten-minute drive from the high-speed rail station, and the hotel provides a convenient shuttle service. The hotel features its own hot springs, where you can relax and soak while enjoying beautiful views of the Erdaobai River. They even have unique large iron pot hot spring baths, creating a truly wonderful atmosphere. The rooms themselves are quite spacious, though the facilities are a bit dated.
The hotel's restaurant, 'Shao Jiu Guan,' impressed with its authentic Northeastern Chinese decor and cuisine. It boasts a lovely setting with the Erdaobai River flowing just outside its windows. When I asked the butler to reserve a table, I specifically requested a window seat if possible and was confirmed that one had been booked. However, upon arriving at the restaurant, just as a server was leading us towards a window table, another staff member abruptly informed us that all window seats were taken due to earlier bookings. We were then told to either sit in an inner section or return later. Oddly enough, after we had settled at an inner table and placed our order, we were suddenly told that a window seat had become available. This really put a damper on our dining experience. It would have been much better if they had simply informed us during the booking process if a window seat wasn't available."

MM305019****The hotel is located inside Enduli, and the staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful. We drove there and parked in the North 2 parking lot, which is the closest. The hotel provides a shuttle service for pick-up and drop-off, which is very convenient, though it's also just a short walk. The room was very spacious, and the environment was elegant. I'd definitely come back if I have the chance.
The hotel also provided tickets for the 'Cloud Top Heavenly Palace Light and Shadow Show', which is very close by, so we could enjoy the light show in the evening.

CChangyousifangThis Mercure hotel (Huazhu Group) is excellent. It's very new and all areas of the hotel look comfortable. The front desk staff were all enthusiastic and diligent, recommending local delicacies and specialty shops. The lobby has a unique design with artistic flair (the murals are copyrighted), offering coffee, tea bags, and ginseng-infused water. Breakfast was also very good, with ample variety and quantity, and featured local specialties like rice sausage, beef soup with rice, Korean side dishes, and thin pancakes, and the baked sweet potatoes were delicious. The hotel is not in the town center, which is perfect as it's quiet and has a large parking lot, ideal for self-driving. We stayed for several days, waiting for suitable weather to go up the mountain. In town, we enjoyed the autumn scenery by the Erdao River, had iron pot stewed fish and ginseng chicken soup, both perfect for the cooler weather. Next time we visit, we'll try a different season and would happily stay here again.

When one of our food deliveries went missing, the hotel staff went above and beyond to help us by checking the surveillance footage. Parking is conveniently available right outside the door. My only minor confusion is why, despite the room being so spacious, the bathroom was designed to be quite small (though it did have a smart toilet and was very clean).

The view from the guesthouse's observation deck was also fantastic, offering panoramic views of Changbai Mountain.

What really sets this place apart is the staff. They are exceptionally kind and helpful. Because the location is quite remote and difficult to navigate on your own, they went out of their way to help us arrange travel plans and explore the surrounding area smoothly.
I was especially touched by how they helped me organize a birthday surprise. They even went to town to buy a cake and brought it back to the hotel â something thatâs not easy here, especially since delivery services like ******* donât operate in this area. That level of care and thoughtfulness made our stay unforgettable.

3313d9I stayed here in Dalian, and it was excellent and very convenient. The community was quiet, with complete facilities, and pet-friendly. My beloved pet could play happily downstairs, and parking was super convenient. There was a buffet breakfast, which wasn't available when I booked, but the owner kindly added it for us. The breakfast was perfect for usâhome-style, light, and delicious. I would definitely stay here again if I had the chance. Changbai Mountain isn't very big, so getting around is easy. I think this community has the best locationâquiet yet convenient. The air quality is superb; the air throughout Changbai Mountain is always fresh. 100% satisfied! Thank you, owner!

MM741677****The front desk staff were quick and professional. We even got a room upgrade! The hotel's location is great, close to the North Scenic Area, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The breakfast had a good variety and tasted delicious. The environment is exquisite and comfortable, and the hygiene is clean and tidy. The hotel staff were exceptionally nice, especially the front desk lady. During the 817 Rice Festival, it was impossible to find a taxi, so the hotel even arranged a car to pick us up.
