"Room facilities: Everything was well-appointed, and watching the snowflakes fall from the balcony was incredibly picturesque.
Value for money: This Hilton hotel was the most worthwhile booking of my Changbaishan trip. The package included hot spring and skiing tickets, both of which were very practical and made the entire trip incredibly fulfilling.
Breakfast: There was a good variety of options, more than enough for us women with smaller appetites.
Bed: Very comfortable, just the right firmness.
Restaurant: On the first day, we had Korean BBQ at the hotel. The dishes were exquisite; it didn't look like much, but two of us ate until we were stuffed.
Location and transport: The location is excellent, very close to the entrance of the North Slope scenic area.
Service: What deserves the most praise is the hotel's truly outstanding service. They meticulously arranged transportation for us to every attraction, which was incredibly thoughtful. Every staff member was enthusiastic, helpful, and answered all our questions, making us feel like old friends. They went out of their way to accommodate our requests for a room upgrade and late check-out. Next time I come to Changbaishan, I must stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton again."

"Facilities: The room was spacious and well-equipped. The air conditioning temperature couldn't be adjusted manually, but the room was very warm, so it wasn't an issue.
Hygiene: It was kept very clean.
Environment: The location is excellent. It's a 5-minute walk to the Edelweiss Reindeer Park, 1 km from the Changbai Mountain North Slope Tourist Distribution Center, and there are many restaurants nearby.
Service: Very good. The staff patiently answered all my questions about the local area. Breakfast was also good, with a rich variety, and the Northeastern frozen pears were quite tasty."

"During the days of skiing in Changbai Mountain, Hilton Huiting Hotel Changbai Mountain left me a great experience! When I checked in, the young lady at the front desk smiled and helped me quickly check in. She also reminded me of the hot spring opening time. The service warmed my heart ～
In the evening, the chicken in the restaurant, the chicken is delicious, the freshness of the mountains, wrapped in thick soup with rice, tasted the authentic northeast flavor in one bite! The most pleasant surprise is the hotel's hot spring. The pool is clean enough to see the bottom of the pool. Soak in the hot soup and watch the snow outside the window. The fatigue of the day has all disappeared. ～ Next time you come to Changbai Mountain, you will choose here! ❄️♨️"

The scenic spot is a tourist attraction with a high reputation of "sacred mountains, holy waters, strange forests, and fairy fruits". It is also the birthplace of the Manchu people. It was known as a "holy place" in the Qing Dynasty. The emperor had to go to Jilin Wula (today's Jilin City) to pay tribute in person or by appointing ministers. Changbai Mountain. "Bu Xiaoyuan Inn" is an inn surrounded by a park. The scenery is different all year round. In summer, you can see green leaves and enjoy the natural wind. In winter, you can see rime and feel the magical natural landscape. Excellent location and pleasant environment. It is within walking distance from the center of the town, where you can find everything you need to eat, drink and have fun. It is not far from the Changbai Mountain Tourist Distribution Center. The guest rooms in the inn range in size from 28 to 35 square meters. The public area in the yard is about 300 square meters for everyone to entertain and relax. The rooms are decorated in a simple and modern style, allowing you to relax your body and mind. The inn provides smart guest control throughout the house and is fully equipped. Electric curtains, large screens, smart toilets, wireless wifi, luggage storage, itinerary arrangements... and other free services. There are also washing machines, dryers, microwaves, etc. in the public areas for everyone to use, allowing you to enjoy your journey easily. All the joy! Stay away from the hustle and bustle and seek a pure land for your soul. Get out of the busy city and give your tired body a short break.

This B&B is super close to the Changbai Mountain North Slope Distribution Center, within walking distance, making it convenient for both the scenic area and dining in town. The landlady is incredibly warm and enthusiastic; she planned our route in advance, recommended local delicacies, and even provided pick-up and drop-off services, making us feel like family. The room was clean and warm, with excellent underfloor heating, comfortable bedding, an odor-free bathroom, and plenty of hot water. The value for money is outstanding. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Changbai Mountain!"

"From booking to checking in and then checking out, which spanned about half a month, I was constantly in touch with Manager Shi at the front desk for various inquiries. Even when I couldn't get tickets for Changbai Mountain, I immediately contacted Manager Shi to see if there was a solution. They always responded and resolved issues right away. Every time we met, they greeted us with a warm smile – it was truly heartwarming!
The hotel itself is definitely up to par. The room bedding was fantastic; I slept very comfortably, and the bathroom even had a bathtub. The trendy motorcycles parked outside were so much fun, it felt like we were kids again! The BBQ in the village was delicious and reasonably priced. On the second day, the hotel even provided free transport to the Changbai Mountain fast-pass lane, which was absolutely amazing.
The breakfast tasted great and had a good variety. You could also order meals at the hotel throughout the day. For eating, drinking, and entertainment, this hotel has it all covered. My team members all said they didn't want to leave and definitely plan to come back!"

The hotel is conveniently located a short 5km drive from Changbaishan Railway Station. There is no shortage of things to see in the area, with the Meiren Songyuan (North Gate), Changbai Mountain Simida Korean Folk Custom Park and Puyue Hot Spring all nearby. When guests have some time on their hands they can make use of the onsite facilities. This Antu hotel provides parking on site. A significant point of frustration arose with the hot spring policy. My booking confirmation did not explicitly state that hot spring access is limited to one entry per person per day. When I inquired, the hot spring area manager informed me this was the hotel's default rule. I found this completely unreasonable, and it severely detracted from my overall experience. Had such a crucial restriction been clearly communicated upfront during booking, guests would not have been caught off guard. I strongly recommend the hotel clearly outlines its hot spring usage guidelines."

"I highly recommend Huansen Guanzhi B&B. This is by far the best B&B experience I've ever had. My review is guaranteed to be authentic and not an advertisement:
1. The B&B is located within the Enduli commercial district, with a wide array of shopping and dining options. The owner thoughtfully arranged a free shuttle service, ensuring a seamless journey from the train station directly to the B&B's doorstep.
2. The B&B's amenities are exceptionally comprehensive: they offer a fantastic breakfast with various self-service options, freshly cooked noodles, coffee, and other beverages. Furthermore, there's an outdoor hot spring, providing an excellent experience in winter where the air temperature is -25°C while the water is a comfortable 40°C.
3. The staff at the B&B were incredibly warm and provided very prompt assistance. Whether it was the shuttle service, helping with our luggage, or doing laundry, everything was handled efficiently and promptly, which we greatly appreciated.
4. The room facilities themselves are excellent. The bedding in our room type was very clean, and they even provided various Changbai Mountain specialty beverages. There's a small balcony in the room with a great view.
They offer pick-up and drop-off service if you book in advance! The moment the driver picks you up, you're free! They'll even carry your luggage all the way to your room!!
The staff at the front desk, both the guys and the ladies, were super nice!! The driver was also incredibly kind!! The service truly is top-notch!
Oh, and the breakfast! A must-try!

They'll take care of everything for you, but make sure to contact the hotel in advance – and I mean *definitely* in advance. You can ask your butler for recommendations on local attractions, how to get there, how to buy tickets, and even how to hail a taxi. They also offer free train station pick-up and drop-off to the scenic area entrance, free skiing, and free hot spring access. If you need a car temporarily, they can arrange one for you (at your own expense), so no worries at all. And the hot springs – you *must* go! Their hot springs are natural and located right within the scenic area. Soaking in the hot springs while it's snowing is truly wonderful. If you avoid weekends and holidays, it's not even crowded.

CChangyousifangThis Mercure hotel (Huazhu Group) is excellent. It's very new and all areas of the hotel look comfortable. The front desk staff were all enthusiastic and diligent, recommending local delicacies and specialty shops. The lobby has a unique design with artistic flair (the murals are copyrighted), offering coffee, tea bags, and ginseng-infused water. Breakfast was also very good, with ample variety and quantity, and featured local specialties like rice sausage, beef soup with rice, Korean side dishes, and thin pancakes, and the baked sweet potatoes were delicious. The hotel is not in the town center, which is perfect as it's quiet and has a large parking lot, ideal for self-driving. We stayed for several days, waiting for suitable weather to go up the mountain. In town, we enjoyed the autumn scenery by the Erdao River, had iron pot stewed fish and ginseng chicken soup, both perfect for the cooler weather. Next time we visit, we'll try a different season and would happily stay here again.

KKongxinlianziThe 100-square-meter room was very spacious and clean, with all the necessary amenities, even cotton swabs. The courtyard was charming, and nestled within it, a peaceful and tranquil place. Changbaishan Station is only a three- or four-minute drive away, making it very convenient. The hostess was both gentle and capable. Because of road construction, she was worried about taxi troubles, so she picked us up in the evening and dropped us off at the station early in the morning. Since we were leaving early and hadn't had dinner yet, she brought us porridge and steamed buns, and even a plate of fresh blueberries in the evening. The 🥒 grown in the courtyard was delicious! I'd definitely stay longer if I had the chance!

SSH.1The first visit to this hotel was full of warmth and overwhelming hospitality. I still can't forget how they welcomed us the moment we arrived at the hotel.
Firstly, we were overwhelmed by the staff
during our arrival. They all came out to greet us and help with our luggages and belongings all the way in to the hotel.
Secondly, with the seamless check in to our rooms and fruit platter, every gesture was well thought by the hosts.
Thirdly, they prepared a sumptuous dinner for us. Simple local delicacies yet tasted really good. The number of ginsengs in the appetiser surprised us! From the portion to the presentation of food, we can taste the difference and feel they put in their heart to make everything better. Lady boss was generous to treat us a bottle of local rice wine during our mealtime. Tasted really good and special! We like that drink!!
Additionally, we were asked for timing to eat breakfast and they would prepare that before our specific timing. They even asked us for our preference and customise breakfast for us. Breakfast was served and tasted as good as dinner! Freshly prepared and done meticulously by the kitchen.
Lastly, lady boss gave us an impromptu complimentary tea session after dinner. A unique and interesting experience indeed. Never seen and tried it before. It's a heating device with net on it, put the heating pot for stirring and cooking our own tea from scratch. Meanwhile, we have the finger snacks and nuts to roast on the heating rack (as shown in the pictures) while waiting for our tea.
In between, they would guide us how to prepare the tea. It was a chill and relaxing session. We enjoyed chit chatting while roasting our tea in the cafe. It felt so warmth especially when it was snowing heavily outside. The vibes were superb!
I had many enquiries and the lady at the counter helped me out a lot without hesitation. She tried all her means to help us. The lady at the hot spring was very friendly and provide good services too!
The staff from the hot spring, restaurant, concierge, driver and even lady boss all were very attentive, friendly and nice at any point of time during our stay. Pretty impressive indeed. Giving all credits to every single staff. Amazing team!
They gave us more than we could ever imagined from services to food to hospitality. Thank you for giving us an amazing and memorable stay! Overall it was a great and enjoyable stay at this hotel. Definitely recommend everyone to visit them and feel their positive energy. Certainly can't wait for our next visit to Chang Bai Shan again!!!

Issues I faced : there is a huge taxi shortage in the city during the peak tourist season, one days even i had to walk 3.3 kilometres in - 15 degrees temperatures to reach to downtown , DIDI and T3 service works here but taxi waiting is normally 40 min to 1 hour long.
As a forigner the Hotel location was little odd for me and lots of precious time wasted in taxi waiting, breakfast location is 300 metres far from room, which was not convenient as me and family didn't want to walk in - 20 degree temperature to eat breakfast, I stayed 5 days, but only 2 days I dare to go for breakfast.
For stay this place is so good, so clean, warm. If you have your car, then no issue at all.

作为外国人，酒店位置对我来说有点奇怪，很多宝贵的时间浪费在出租车等待上，早餐地点距离房间 300 米远，这很不方便，因为我和家人不想在零下 20 度的气温下走进去吃早餐，我住了 5 天，但只有 2 天我敢去吃早餐。
住宿方面，这个地方非常好，非常干净、温暖。如果您有车，那就完全没有问题。

The transportation is also convenient, with the Meiren Song Scenic Area right across the street, and it's not far from the Rime Rafting. It's a 10-minute taxi ride to the Edelweiss Camp, which has a small reindeer park. The entrance fee is cheap and includes a portion of food to feed the elk and sika deer. There's a snowman at the hotel entrance, and I don't know who built it, but it's wearing a scarf and a hat – very pretty! Overall, it offers good value for money.
