"When choosing a holiday online we look at various companies, location, price and facilities available, we enjoy the process and trust in the information provided on the companies website, this is an enjoyable process as choosing a holiday is an exciting event. As consumers we do not expect to trawl through small print and then be left wondering exactly which facilities will be available, which according to EasyJet is what we should expect. We read the online information and take it at face value that the facilities advertised are available, and are the facilities we will experience and then we pay the amount of money EasyJet are asking for to provide us with the holiday they are advertising for sale. We think it is unfair, misleading and downright arrogant of EasyJet to basically say, tough you booked in early season, you should have expected to be disappointed. When we arrived at the hotel we found out that both pools were closed, Your website states “Make use of the two swimming pools” there is a sign at the hotel stating the pools are due to open 12th of May. None of the hotels bars, restaurant etc were open, all were in darkness, the restaurant was being used as a builders store, again your website states “ For breakfast, head to Restaurante Sa Puntassa for a buffet featuring everything from freshly baked bread and pastries to savoury dishes and local Balearic treats, to be enjoyed either in the restaurant or on the terrace. For lunch and dinner, the poolside Metla and Sasini Restaurants offer a unique culinary experience, blending the rich flavours of Asian and Mediterranean cuisine”, I did expect a bar or similar to be available The hotel is undergoing some improvements, building noise was continuous, there is also a construction of a large hotel opposite, the noise started from roughly 8.30am till 8.30pm, which was not pleasant, or relaxing, thankfully a short walk took us to the beach and the beach side restaurants etc, giving us escape from the noise, although there was a cost in hiring the loungers on the beach. The building work should have been disclosed on your website. The rooms are okay, there clean and functional, however the walls are so thin you can hear everything, not a pleasant experience. While we may expect some things not to be available in low season, they tend to be around entrainment and clubs, not the hotel being effectively closed. We booked a holiday not a room."

"Chinese people should not stay here. The hostess has a very bad attitude and the stay experience is poor. 1. The room is poorly soundproofed. You can hear the TV next door and the noise from the corridor. 2. The sound of water backflow in the toilet affects sleep all night 3. You need to pay to use the room safe, 3 euros a day, speechless 4. The sheets were dirty and the quilt was a tablecloth-like cloth, thin and hard. I didn't sleep comfortably at any night! ! ! This is the most unacceptable! ! 5. The air conditioner blows air intermittently. It is loud for 10 seconds when it blows air. After it stops, the whole room becomes stuffy. 6. The room smells stuffy 7. I wanted my boss to help me book a taxi to the airport, but his attitude was terrible. 8. The shower room is so small that it hits your hands when washing your hair. There is no place to put things. 9. The balcony door lock is also a key lock, which is difficult to lock and very troublesome."

"I really liked the hotel. The hosts were very hospitable! The hotel is not large, but very cozy and clean. Rooms are cleaned every day except Thursday. Breakfasts are small, but everything is tasty and fresh. The sea is a couple of minutes' walk away, and the sea is very impressive. There are many cafes, restaurants, and a small shop in the area. Lidl and Euroski supermarkets are not far from the hotel. On Tuesdays, a mobile market comes along these shops. The market sells meat, sausages, cheeses, olives, olive oils, wine, fruit, sweets, leather goods, and clothing. There is a tour desk. We bought a guided tour of Palma, went to the cathedral and a little bit of the city - we really enjoyed it. The guide in Palma, Alena, made the tour so enjoyable - I recommend her. There is also a bus stop nearby. We went to Palma for a walk ourselves on bus 102. You can go to the ring road (that's the bus station, and buses to other cities go there too). Everything was very clear (I don't speak much English). We loved everything! I wish everyone a wonderful holiday!!!"

"A lovely place - the bus from Palma departs close by. The swimming pools were great, only issue I had was that they have no water refill stations so they make you purchase water which I didnt like. Food was super - huge buffets and they sorted out a sándwich for me when I left early."

"Good location and easy to get to by public transport from Palma airport (direct route A11 takes approximately 45 minutes) and also Palma centre. Hotel is small but quaint and clean. Breakfast has a good variety and very reasonably priced food at the bar and restaurant. There is a nice pool and also the beach is across the road with lots of cruises and water activities / restaurants. The staff above all were very warm and friendly."

"Warm welcome by Eugenio who is the heart and soul of this nice boutique hotel. The room was nice and clean. It's well equiped with sufficent hangers and even a small fridge. Even the balcony has a decent size as well as the bathroom. The sleeping comfort is good. There is even an open-air roof top lounge where youn can bring your own drinks. The breakfast has a large varity and is very tasty. The staff is nice and helpfull. The only disadvantage was that the elevator wasn't working. Still we would come back. Gracias."

"Managers scam couples by putting them in single rooms. The room is very very small. The toilet is in the same room as the bed with nothing covering it as well as it directly facing the bed which is ridiculous that there is no privacy on the toilet as can be seen by the almost laughable picture. The bed is a 3/4 bed in the corner of the bedroom room which is unacceptable for two people. The shower leaks a lot of water underneath the glass meaning your room is practically underwater after a quick shower. We arrived at midnight the first night and complained in the morning which resulted in another room being available the morning after complaining. The new room was much more up to standard with the bare minimum necessities such as an actual bathroom but generally quite nice, however the 2 nights in the first room somewhat ruined the experience. They claim the room is an “economy double room” but in reality this is a single room that they put couples and charge over €1200 for the week for. The food is hit and miss but generally okay, we ate out some nights as it occasionally wasn’t great. The rooftop facilities are very nice with the sea views and hot tubs. The hotel is clean and the staff are all very lovely who work there. Bar area is also nice."

"Great room, everything modern and new, lovely balcony. Refrigerator in the room and kettle with two cups. Room cleaning six times a week with towel change. Breakfast is delicious, prepared by the owners themselves, with fruit and vegetables as well as sweet and savory options. It's a bit of a shame they only offer filter coffee. The owner is incredibly friendly, speaks good German, and does everything possible for the guests. Very close to the beautiful beach and promenade. A small pool would make the stay even more perfect. We would love to come back again."

"would highly recommend NOT staying here if you can avoid it. very poor cleanliness of the room, smells like a toilet, the door to the bathroom doesn’t close or open properly, and best of all… bed bugs. i’ve been bitten all over my body and face, and have gotten a really heavy reaction to it. cleaning service was also very poor - the staff would just barge in at any time of day and just drag a dry mop to the floor. to pay such a high rate for such poor quality of a room (additional cost for kettle, pool towels etc.)… it’s beyond terrible. will stay far far away from this chain of hotels in the future."

"Panic over for anyone worried about the road works outside the hotel. Although the work is still ongoing it only slightly impacts on the pool area of the hotel I.e bit of dust and noise but really didn’t bother us. First time for 22years since last visiting Majorca and love the hotel although dated had a really pleasant atmosphere. Beach and restaurant all in a short walking distance.Staff are pleasant and a good standard of housekeeping. All in all a nice stay"

"The hotel is in a great location being only a 2 minute walk away from the beach. Easy to get busses into palma and santa ponca. It is a cute little hotel with friendly staff. The only downside is it can be a little noisy on a nighttime due to the bar downstairs being open until 2am. Rooms were cleaned every day with fresh sheets and towels. Breakfast was a bit rubbish and coffee machine was never on. No swimming pool but that was our own fault for not checking. We came in April so it wasn’t too much of an issue but the air con in the room did not work. Definetly worth the price that we paid. Would stay again for a short trip."

"The staff is very friendly. I booked a single room which was pretty small (as expected). I did not appreciate that the toilet and shower was basically in the same room. The gliding door covering the toilet is also used for the shower. Since it’s not sealed, my room was underwater all the time after taking a shower. The hotel itself and the rooms were well maintained and clean. The location is convenient close to public transportation and the beach with ample of shops and restaurants nearby. WiFi was pretty fast. The food however leaves a lot to be desired for. The quality is pretty low (mostly convenience food). They have some sort of a life cooking station. One night they did burgers and I was shocked and disgusted to see that the chef is touching the raw burger patty’s and veggies with his bare hands making me concerned about the food safety standards. You’re better off going to one of the restaurants nearby. Bottom line, good enough for 2 nights, but would not like to spend a full vacation there."
