It should be noted that if you are driving by car, parking may be a bit inconvenient. Although there are parking spaces behind the homestay, there are not many in number and it is difficult to find. It is recommended to plan the parking in advance. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and recommended to friends who come here to travel! "The stay experience was very satisfactory. First of all, the hotel is in an excellent location, close to the seaside avenue, 5 minutes away from the bus terminal. It is within 10 minutes from the Diocletian's Palace. The most important thing is that I was lucky enough to get a sea view room. The room is large and well-equipped. From the window, you can overlook the Adriatic Sea and the old city of the Diocletian's Palace. It is also very safe."

"There is no one at the check-in counter. You have to contact in advance to find out how to check in. And the location of the hotel to check in is quite far. There is no elevator. The interior of the hostel is clean and warm."

"I really enjoy staying here. The location is perfect for me. As a big beach person, the hotel is close to Bacvice Beach, it’s like a 8-minute walk. And it’s like 13-minute walk to Diocletian's Palace and the pier for my boat trip. The owner also recommended some good restaurants for us to explore and asked us constantly if we need suggestions to do in Split. They are really helpful!! The room is also really clean and I love the fact that many towels are provided in the room. Also, when I had told the owner we would check out at 10am the day before check out, my friend suddenly had a diarrhea and puked in the morning, the owner was so nice that allowed us to check out at 11am instead!"

"It was cute, lady who owns it was really sweet and friendly. Provided us with extra towels and coffee. TV had Netflix, Disney+, YouTube etc and Google (however when we opened it, there was explicit adult content left on there from previous guest... which was not nice!) Very clean and tidy premises. Only other downside for me is that you can't actually see out of the windows, they're covered by external barriers making it quite dark, and also a lot of loud noises early in the morning, very loud banging (like a hammer) and power tools. Otherwise, good location, not too far from tourist areas and very nice staff."
