"The owner was taking care of breakfast and baggage when we traveled elsewhere. Breakfasts are fine, they could be bigger and more diverse (every day baking, a little butter, a little jam, 3 ham and cheese for two people and a mini portion of eggs). Paper cups were usually, but there were no available glasses, cutters to use in the room. When we checked, no one was in, but fortunately there was a guide who contacted the owner. The room is quite cool but there is an electric heater, so we had a very warm. The bathroom is a little, the shower boils a little water so the bathroom is wet. Cosmetics sets available. Beautiful view of Cusco panorama 🙌🏻 Good quality ratio to price."

"Stay in a double room for 3 nights, the hotel is located in a good location, about 13 minutes walk to the Arms Square. The room was small, but clean and clean, just no space for two suitcases to open. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, but there is no space for things in the shower room. The bath water temperature is enough for hot water. Towels, bathing, shampoo are provided, and no hair dryer is provided. The internet is very fast. The bedding is clean and clean. The hotel does not provide an elevator. To climb the stairs with a suitcase, please consider yourself. The third floor provides simple public space, with tea bags, hot water, cold water, breakfast included, breakfast is made daily, fresh juice, fresh scrambled eggs, toast, and fruit, which is a great intimate service. The hotel landlord's wife can help to book various travel services on behalf of her, and can also ask her if she has any questions. It is a great friend."

"The location is a bit up the alley. Walk ... Taxi to the front of the house ... Hotel service is good. Friendly old owners and young people. There are no amenities, but it is worth staying. Meals are normal but a bit poor. The room was a bit cold (I asked for a heater and I received an additional fee of 20 brushes). It seems that this is not the case. If the room is cold, the hotel should take action. It is unconvincing that there is an additional charge. The night view on the roof was nice. Generally, it's not a separate charge for the heater at a medium level."

"The room is large, spacious and bright, the bathroom is also very large and bright, and it can be locked. I live alone in a large room. It is beautiful and lighter than a single room. Hotel location is very good, 4 minutes walk from the train bus station, very convenient to take the train to the hot water town, 8 minutes walk from the Sun Temple, choose the best time to visit, breakfast, restaurant and rest hall design warm, also arranged Christmas tree 🎄, the door has an electronic lock, easy access, The front desk chefs and health staff are very friendly and answer all questions."

"We stayed here with our family for a few days, and it was truly a perfect place to stay. The room was exactly what you'd expect – very beautiful and fully equipped! The small garden plays soothing music; just sitting there for a while is enough to relax. There are two doors, so it's a good choice if you prioritize security. The location is excellent; there are supermarkets and restaurants nearby, and it's about a 10-minute walk to Plaza de Armas, and not far from the viewpoint for the night view. The two staff members were incredibly warm and friendly, always smiling, and provided us with a lot of assistance. Communication in English was very smooth. :)"

"I took a chance and booked despite the lack of reviews, and I’m so glad I did. It’s an excellent hotel with a warm, family-like atmosphere. The bed was cozy with fresh, clean white linens, and the towels were also spotless. The breakfasts were excellent. The place is quiet, safe, and offers a beautiful view. The central square is just a 7-minute walk away. I would like to express special thanks to Isabel for her care and attentiveness. Thank you for the comfort, I will definitely come back."
