"I had the pleasure of staying here recently and from the moment I arrived I felt completely at home. The staff are some of the kindest and most thoughtful people I’ve ever met. They went above and beyond throughout my stay and made what was a difficult time feel so much lighter. A very special thank you to Giulia at reception who truly became my rock during my stay. She was someone I could talk to every day about anything and her warmth and kindness meant more than I can say. The spa is absolutely beautiful especially in the evening. It is peaceful and calming and the perfect way to unwind. ‍♀️ The breakfast at the café was incredible. Everything was so fresh and delicious and the team even remembered my usual drink each morning which was such a lovely touch. ☕️ My room was spotless and I slept so well every night. There was a choice of pillows which made such a difference and waking up to that stunning sea view each morning was something I’ll never forget. The hotel also has bikes which made getting around so easy and enjoyable. Even though I was in and out due to hospital visits I felt completely cared for and supported the entire time. From the thoughtful touches to the genuine warmth of the people here it truly felt like a home away from home.❤️ I will absolutely be returning and next time hopefully just to relax and soak it all in. Thank you all so much for everything."

"This was our third time in Pesaro and our third time in a three-star hotel. We would like to say that we have generally had good experiences with three stars in Pesaro and, given the fact that we hardly spend any time in the room, we don't have the greatest expectations here. This time we unfortunately have to say that the hotel was unable to meet our expectations. Cleanliness: - the room was tidy. How clean it was depended greatly on the chambermaid. One chambermaid cleaned properly, made the beds and changed the towels; the other chambermaid was at least in the room. You had to ask for enough towels (there were only 2 for 4 people) or toilet paper. The beds were not made at all. In general, the room did not look as if it had been thoroughly cleaned before the start of the season, for example: the tiles in the bathroom were full of dead mosquitoes, there was an oily stain on the cupboard, the plaster was crumbling by the window. Dead mosquitoes in the lampshade... Breakfast: the same thing every day. no hot meals, we were used to that from the other two hotels. We didn't have lunch or dinner. Ambience: old and dusty, like so many corners. the children's play area is a dark corner in the basement and doesn't invite you to play. A lot of things could be made nicer again with a few small investments. e.g.: painting all the railings or repainting them, removing the disinfectant holders (?) next to the elevators. removing the advertising for the Candela Fest 2023 in the foyer Animation: There was one who sat around more and was very quiet. not particularly enthusiastic about the children"

"As a family of four with two children (aged 8 and 12), we spent a wonderful week at Nautilus Family Hotel, staying in a sea-view room. From the moment we checked in until the day we left, every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations. One of the things we appreciated most was the hotel's atmosphere. Most of the staff primarily speak Italian, which made our stay feel authentic. At the same time, communication in English was never a problem. Everyone was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The beachfront location is fantastic, with direct access to a beautiful, well-maintained beach. Everything is just a few steps away, making it incredibly convenient for families. Cleanliness throughout the hotel was outstanding. Our room was spotless every day, and the same high standard was evident throughout the hotel, on the beach, and in all the facilities. It was clear that the staff take great pride in maintaining the property. Although our children didn't participate in many of the activities, the entertainment team did an outstanding job creating a fun, welcoming, and energetic atmosphere. The entertainment and children's activities are primarily in Italian, which adds to the authentic Italian experience, but they were easy to follow and felt inclusive for international guests as well. We simply can't say enough good things about Nautilus Family Hotel. It combines outstanding hospitality, excellent facilities, a beautiful beachfront location, and a genuinely authentic atmosphere. We wholeheartedly recommend it to families looking for a relaxing and memorable holiday, and we would not hesitate to return."

"I really want to write this review, first of all for the kindness and availability of Luca, who took care of our booking and welcomed us in the best possible way and then because the hotel really satisfied us with its extreme cleanliness, which for us must always be in first place, but also for the modern and well-kept furnishings and the super comfortable mattresses and pillows. We even found the air filters clean!!! which I would say is more unique than rare in almost all structures, even high-level ones. In fact, there is great attention and attention to detail behind it. Breakfast was also excellent. The location is excellent, very close to everything as well as 2 steps from the sea. We will definitely return, a truly excellent property, thanks for the lovely weekend we were able to enjoy, see you soon! Laura."

"I stayed in this hotel during the Easter period on the occasion of a basketball tournament in which my daughters were participating. Where do I start?...... From the beginning. From the courtesy and availability during the booking; and since I was booking for 10 couples there were 2000 changes, but Federica and her staff were always friendly and helpful. FANTASTIC location in front of the sea. Recently renovated room, well furnished and functional. Very nice bathroom with large shower and nice spray! But above all, everything was spotless. Excellent and plentiful breakfast with a beautiful view. Very kind staff, but then all the people I met in that city are like that. I gave it 5/5, but I would have also given it 6/5. I recommend this property to everyone, you won't regret it."
