We were traveling in the off-season. Although we were the only family of four that day, the boss was still very warm and hospitable. He put in new hot spring ♨️ water for us and gave us four glasses of milk. It was really considerate!
When we arrived, the surf pool was just completed. The boss and his wife invited us to try it out as the first guests. It was so exciting and made us feel full of enthusiasm and a different experience. We really felt at home. It feels so much better to stay in a hotel, full of human touch!
Breakfast was prepared for us the next day, and even the chef was great. He recommended us a delicious local donkey meat soup pot and explained the address and delicious dishes in detail!
The whole family spoke highly of this trip. If we have the chance, we will go again and we sincerely recommend it to everyone!"

MM10821****The location is on the left side of the alley between Erhaiyuan Hot Spring Hotel and Papaya Sour Soup Fish. There is a parking space in the private courtyard. There was a bit of traffic on the road, and we walked quite a bit. It was already past eight o'clock on the day we arrived, and the boss invited us to have a sumptuous dinner with his family, including local black chicken, mixed lotus root, fried quiche, etc. The room has two floors, two bathrooms, which is convenient. The private hot spring pool is on the first floor outdoors. It is ventilated and safe. It is covered by a huge umbrella and is 200% protected from exposure. The spring water has a strong sulfur smell and is very hot. The pool is large enough for two adults and one child to soak in it. There are also books in the room introducing local places of interest, and related guides are helpful. The only fly in the ointment is that there are more mosquitoes indoors and they don't bite, which may be related to the surrounding wasteland. There is an electric mosquito swatter indoors, which was fun to use for the first time. The bathroom on the first floor is heated, so it's not cold even after taking a shower, which is very thoughtful.

The boss personally came out to direct the parking. Knowing that we were going to sleep late, we also let the car parked on the open space outside the courtyard. GGuest UserWe originally booked the juiqi deluxe tub double bedroom for the night expecting the room as it was in the photos. This was not the case, the room we received had a musty smell, age was clearly visible and it was not as described in the photos. It was clear it was a room below expectations. Upon speaking with the reception staff it was said that there are better looking rooms within the juiqi type rooms similar to the photos but those were fully booked. The hotel didn’t inform us of this prior to our arrival and we were left with an inadequate room unfit for purpose. They should not have made those rooms available if they were fully booked. We expressed our concerns with the reception staff and they allowed us to view another room instead which was the lakeside tongyuan which were fit for purpose. We paid the extra difference and stayed there for the night but the experience to get to that spot wasted what should have been valuable family time. For anyone looking to stay here, as long as you get the room as described your experience will be enjoyable.
