It's a shame the window view was blocked, so I couldn't see Tianyi Square from the room. Breakfast was pretty good too. The location is convenient, not far from the subway station and the train station."

For those traveling by car, the hotel boasts a huge free underground parking lot, making parking very convenient, especially for self-driving trips. The hotel lobby has a dignified and grand business style, and the front desk service was warm and efficient. We even received fresh fruit upon check-in. The room was spacious and bright, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the facilities were well-equipped. The hygiene was impeccable; the room was neat and meticulous, making for a truly reassuring and comfortable stay. Overall, from its convenient location and comfortable rooms to its excellent hygiene management, the comprehensive performance was quite satisfying. It's a perfect stopover point for self-driving tours in Ningbo."

"The hotel's facilities and environment are quite good, but the service severely falls short of the price. I didn't experience much service at all. There were more managers than service staff. As a consumer, I paid a premium for the service on Chinese New Year's Eve and New Year's Day, but there was absolutely no service to speak of. The management team outnumbered the servers; they just stood there giving orders instead of providing service. We had to pay a deposit for dinner and were given a strict dining time, yet after waiting for over an hour, not all the dishes had even arrived. The ice-cold egg tart made me wonder if it was a hotel specialty. A bunch of managers stood around pointing fingers, but not one of them noticed the service issues, leaving all customer complaints to a group of temporary staff. I came here to relax and enjoy the Spring Festival with my kids, not to find hotel problems and experience workplace politics."

The room assigned to me was very clean at night, but it would be a bit noisy if someone was mowing the lawn around 6 o'clock in the morning, but the sound of closing the window was much smaller.
