"During my pilgrimage to Jiuhua Mountain, I stumbled upon a wonderful hotel. The price was reasonable, and the service was excellent. The receptionist, Xiao Wang, was incredibly friendly and even upgraded us to a better room. We originally planned to visit the front of Jiuhua Mountain, but we mistakenly booked the back. However, it was definitely worth it because the hot spring resort was very vegetarian-friendly, with a dedicated vegetarian section offering a variety of options. For anyone planning a pilgrimage to Jiuhua Mountain, I highly recommend the Alkadi Hotel! And remember to look for Xiao Wang at the reception! He's a very kind and helpful person!"

"The hotel is very conveniently located. You can get there right after you get off the tourist bus. It is also very close to Jiuhua Street. It is said to be a ten-year-old hotel, but it does not look old. The overall hygiene is still very good. The breakfast is also good. There is no other problem except that there are too many people. There are also vending machines and ice cream in the lobby. If you are greedy and don’t want to go out, you can buy some snacks here. Here I would like to especially thank the young man in the housekeeping department and the master in the engineering department on May 2. On that day, there was a problem with the password lock of my suitcase. I originally wanted the master in the engineering department to help me pry the lock open, and I could buy a new suitcase. The two of them helped me fix it after a long time. I am grateful."

She helped us with the luggage and introduced us to the precautions for burning incense and worshiping Buddha in Jiuhuashan. It was very intimate. The room was clean and hot water was sufficient. "This hotel is really easy to find, and super close to Dayuan Cultural Park and the visitor center. The facilities are great too – there's parking right out front, with EV chargers, and a restaurant with tasty food. An elevator makes bringing luggage up a breeze. The room was spotless; every nook and cranny was perfectly clean, which as a germaphobe, I really appreciated. It has a central smart control system and American Standard sanitary ware, so the amenities are top-notch and it offers excellent value for money. The service was prompt and friendly. We stayed from New Year's Eve until the fourth day of the New Year, and had a fantastic experience."

"I lived two years ago and I had a good impression. This Spring Festival brought a family of 18 people to stay again. The natural environment is very good. The name Wuxi Mountain is worthy of the name. The facilities are a bit old, but the room size is still OK. The attitude of the staff is also a plus. The breakfast variety is also quite complete. Some comments are that the height of the shower water table is lower than the outside, and because it is a water table, there is a gap around it, and it is a bit large. It is easy to step out accidentally, which poses a safety hazard for the elderly. The ancient village of Wenzong next door is really good."

"This was my third visit to Jiuhua Mountain. The previous two times, I stayed at Arcadia in Zhubei Town. This time, I brought my parents and decided to try this hotel instead. It exceeded my expectations! We stayed one night and had breakfast, lunch, and dinner there. Breakfast was pretty standard but filling, and it was quite busy. The Chinese restaurant for lunch is absolutely worth going to! The stinky mandarin fish was better than what we had at the lakeside restaurant on the first floor, though their hairy tofu was better there. The stir-fried pork with bamboo shoots and wood ear mushrooms was absolutely delicious, and the prices were reasonable with a nice ambiance. For dinner, the Western buffet was 70 RMB per person for hotel guests, which I thought was a good deal. The seafood wasn't super fresh, but each person got a large hairy crab. After a hike, it was nice to have some hot pot. I'll definitely be back again this year and will stay at this hotel."

"The room is very clean and has hard floors. The air conditioning in the room is very powerful. The hotel has very high value for money. Breakfast was very good. The location of the hotel is very convenient, not far from Jiuhua Mountain and the high-speed rail station. There is a large supermarket and night market not far across the street, and there are many restaurants to choose from in the surrounding area. Street view rooms face a lake and park."

GGuest UserThe location of the B&B is good, very close to the Big Buddha. The bedding is very good and the sleep is very comfortable. We had dinner here, which was cooked by the owner himself. They were all local dishes, which tasted quite good, with fresh ingredients and considerate service. I will definitely come again next time.

GGuest UserA truly exceptional stay on Jiuhuashan I have stayed in many guesthouses across China, but this one stands out in a very special way. From the very first moment, the communication via WeChat was friendly, quick, and reliable – even though my Chinese is limited and the staff’s English is not extensive. Still, everything worked beautifully. Warm, patient, uncomplicated. It already gives you the feeling that you are in good hands. I stayed for two days, and throughout my entire time there, everything was perfectly organized. I was picked up right on time upon arrival – an invaluable service in a mountain area that can be a little confusing for newcomers. The guesthouse itself is extremely comfortable: warm, well-designed rooms with excellent facilities, a huge screen, electric curtains, cozy bedding, and all the small details that make travel easier. I immediately felt welcomed and well taken care of. During my stay, the staff assisted me with everything I needed, always with kindness and without any complications. When it was time to leave, they also arranged transport back to my bus at exactly the time I requested. Truly flawless service. But the most extraordinary highlight was something I did not expect at all: the free guided tour that the homestay organizes for all their guests. They drove us to the starting point, and then we spent the day walking through the misty mountain paths, visiting nine of the most important temples on Jiuhuashan. It was magical – quiet, mysterious, deeply atmospheric. Our guide took wonderful care of everyone, explained so much about the temples, the mountain, the history, and the spirit of Dizang Bodhisattva, and created a sense of depth that went far beyond sightseeing. This was not a tourist activity. It was a spiritual and cultural experience – something you can only receive from people who truly love their mountain and want to share it with others. In the fog, among ancient stones, incense smoke, and the sound of footsteps on wet leaves, one begins to understand why Jiuhuashan has been a sacred place for centuries. My conclusion: This homestay offers not only comfort, warmth, and excellent service, but also a genuine connection to the spiritual heart of Jiuhuashan. I can recommend Tanxiangyuan Homestay without any hesitation. For pilgrims, travelers, lovers of nature, or anyone seeking a meaningful experience, this place is simply perfect. I am grateful for every moment I spent there.

Jiuhua Mountain will give you suggestions for a day trip route or how to travel, and there are maps available. The surrounding area is a newly built house, a variety of famous hotels, about 12 minutes walk from Jiuhuashan Visitor Center. After eating 2 comparisons around, I personally feel that the boss’s wife’s dishes are well cooked, stinky salmon, and salt and pepper. (If you want to say the disadvantages 1. When the wash basin is renovated, the designer is too elegant and does not consider the practicality. The location is high, the water is easy to splash out, and the photo color is good and it actually makes people feel unclean. 2. Many hotels in Anhui have toilet configurations that are too good, and the automatic impulse is very good. But the downside is that the momentum is loud, and the night one person goes to the toilet affects other people's sleep, which is not her family's individual reason)

Not far from all the main attractions in the town area. one of the cable car stations is just 2 minutes away and the bus to the other cable car station (to TianTai temple) is 5-10 minutes walk away. The hotel also has a small restaurant. convenient if you just want to stay at the hotel at night. The hotel next door offers great lunch and dinner buffet. We loved the spread. Only thing that you need to take note is the hotel is located slight higher up the hill, need to walk up/down staircases to get there.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located a stone throw away after alighting from the tourist bus at the entrance to scenic area (50RMB to n fro the foot of the mountain). Had already chatted with owner on WeChat n he fetched me after I alighted . Room is clean and functional . Am an easy traveller and very satisfied with the hotel. Of course you can walk around and look for a hotel (there are many many hotels !!!!!!) but I think if u pre book u will make your life easier especially if u have a luggage. He planned the itinerary for me. and it was a very fulfilling walking trip in nature visiting temples and paying respects to 地藏菩萨 . So many restaurants too!!!!!!!! He even sent me to the bus station . Thank u He is a kind soul . He quickly called me when he see me walking in “wrong direction” when actually i wanted to visit the temple next to bus stop . GGuest UserThe boss drove to the ticket office to pick me up. The boss and his family were very friendly. They also brought me a thin blanket at my request. The service was excellent. The room was as shown in the picture. Objectively speaking, it was in line with its price. After all, it was not expensive. It was clean and tidy. The only problem was that the shower door in the bathroom was not closed tightly and the water leaked outside. The water temperature was sometimes hot and sometimes cold.
