Our new restaurant, “Bistro Demoiselle,” opens its doors on September 24, 2025.
Set within the vibrant setting of the Mercure Charles de Gaulle, Bistro Demoiselle emerges as a unique stopover, born as a tribute to one of the very first propeller aircraft. A symbol of lightness, femininity, and daring, it inspires a place where gastronomy takes flight.
Here, every plate tells a story: a reinvented French onion soup that warms the soul, a duck breast elevated by unexpected pairings, creations that combine French authenticity with contemporary indulgence. The journey continues through an atmosphere blending timeless chic with retro charm—elegant marble, black-and-white photographs, and the convivial spirit of Parisian bistros where conversations linger late into the night.
More than just a restaurant, Bistro Demoiselle is a destination. A place to savor, to share, to be surprised, and to let time stand still. Embark on this unique culinary experience… Book your table now at Bistro Demoiselle.
"The hotel is very near the airport. It's only about a 5 to 7 minute walk after you get off the shuttle train when we arrived. It was midnight but the staff at the front desk counter were very friendly and welcoming, and the check-in process was very smooth. We only stayed there for one night, but the room was very clean, pristine and comfortable. It was really exactly what we needed after such a long flight. We paid €20 per person for the breakfast and that was the best hotel breakfast we've had for our entire trip in France because the spread was very good and all of the food was really delicious. I would highly recommend staying here. "
