"The hotel is located near the sea. It takes 5-10 minutes to walk to the town square, and 10 minutes to walk in the opposite direction to the ancient theater. You can see the sea from the window (but there is a building in front of it). The interior furnishings are clean and retro, and the small balcony is very popular. It is very pleasant to drink black tea in the evening with the sea breeze. There is enough hot water for bathing, and the water flow is also strong. The only thing I care about is that the ventilation window in the bathroom can clearly hear the voices of other residents talking in the bathroom 😂 Other than that, it is still good. "The hotel location was exactly what we wanted. It's in the center, just a 5-minute walk from everywhere. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was adequate and delicious. The only problem was the room was small. Yes, we knew it was small, but there was no place to hang wet towels. They said there would be room cleaning every other day. The room wasn't made, but at least changing the towels would have been enough. Still, we were satisfied."

"The hotel is located in the cozy and quiet Kasha neighborhood. The grounds are small, but the views are just like those in beautiful Pinterest photos. The staff is friendly and helpful. Everything you need is there: a restaurant, a lounge area, a pool, and more. We loved the food at the hotel; the portions are large, and the food is delicious and fast. Only the main restaurant is open; the bar and Asian restaurant have been closed since last year, and they haven't removed the menus or signs. When we checked in, we waited about 40 minutes for our room, even though we arrived after 4:00 PM, which is also check-in time. It was clear the room had been cleaned just before we arrived. The renovations were very tired and shabby. We were shocked by the synthetic bedding, which was covered in pilling. The rooms are practically never cleaned. We only noticed the beds being made. There were often not enough towels, the balcony windows were dirty, we only received drinking water once upon check-in, and our eyecups weren't washed; they'll stay that way for the rest of our stay. We ordered two glasses of Prosecco to our room, but they only responded an hour later and brought us just glasses. The staff's English is poor. The only girl in the restaurant who spoke Russian was able to help us with a basic order for an omelet for breakfast. The hotel doesn't have its own beach. It's located on the grounds of another hotel and can be reached by foot (about 20 minutes) or by a convenient shuttle (5 minutes), which runs every hour. Be prepared to climb 300 steps up and down to get to the beach after the shuttle. The water is deep and the stairs lead directly into the water, and the water is incredibly clear! The beach itself has beautiful and comfortable beds, but it's still dirty... there are dirty glasses, napkins and bottles scattered about, and the beautiful mattresses on the sun loungers are completely uncleaned. For a Radisson, this is a very poor hotel and service."

"I really like this hotel. It has a separate swimming pool. My child swims in it every day. The staff are also very enthusiastic. My child was scratched by a cat in the town. After hearing about it, they quickly took out medicine to help the child wash the wound. They also patiently answered our questions and told us not to worry. "The most friendliest hotel. From the time we checked in until we left everyone was just so friendly and helpful. Rooms had a great aircon and it has a great rooftop. The breakfast was good with really nice sweet treats, which was an added extra. It is up a bit of a hill, but it has a beautiful view. There were towels that we could use for the beach as well as extra water things."

"The town of Kash was almost full, so I lived on the island. The service standard of the homestay is basically self-service check-in. The room is very large and it is a bit empty. The hotel is on the side of the road and seems to be the boss's self-built house. The sanitation is quite satisfactory, and the bathroom is still a bit blocked. The biggest advantage should be the sea view, the view is very good and quite quiet, but to Kash is basically a town to visit or go to the sea, so the sea view may not be that important. In addition, tourists without a car are not recommended to live, there are no restaurants around, basically have to go to the town."

"The host was really kind and recommended nearby tourist attractions, so I had a fulfilling trip. The homemade jam and bread served in the morning were really delicious. They said they made it themselves, so I could feel the sincerity. The accommodation was also very pretty. The interior and garden were both well-maintained, and the ocean view from the second floor room was great. It was really romantic to see the stars on the terrace at night. I want to go to this accommodation again. I recommend it!"
