"Sometimes the staff was very kind and helpful and sometimes rigid and hard.
There is no kitchen or refrigerator to accommodate customers.
The bedrooms are very small and the beds are noisy.
On 6 beds, both of the center have no take or light.
No serviette or soap provided.
Healthcare is far from the bedrooms.
The toilets were running and there was always water on the floor.
No air conditioning, no ventilator and the boxes are not barriered.
To finish on a positive note it was clean and the architecture of this old building is beautiful."

"It is a superb hotel, super well located, but avoid the room number 162. In my experience, the air conditioning was not working well, without any view of the balcony, and was above the kitchen and behind a restaurant (smoking and smells) which was not suitable for me to leave clothes on the balcony to dry during the night.
It was all 5 stars ******.The breakfast was very good but I think they can do better."

"I was a little disappointed that this is not, in fact, a hotel. I think I might have been the only person staying there, I didn't see anyone else except for about 2 seconds in the breakfast room. The only contact I had was by email, and all the instructions were only sent the morning I was traveling, so I didn't receive them until I got to Pico. The room was comfortable enough and very clean. But lots of things are dated. The internet was non-existent. The air conditioner and bathroom fan were both ancient and made a lot of noise. The breakfast was only meh, but the view from the breakfast room was lovely. The location is good, close to town and in a quiet area. I didn't spend much time at the hotel and it was too cold for a swim, but I imagine that would be great when the weather is warmer as the pool also has an amazing view. It's worth it for the price."

"Cheerful views, fun host, comfortable bed and excellent shower in room 11. We had to have another room with a balcony but settled in a room behind the kitchen. We liked it and we didn't insist on relocating. The room was warm, which rarely is on the islands in May."

"Beautiful apartment with ocean view! Sat out on the lanai in the eve listening to the waves! Just lovely!
We only stayed one night and wish we could have stayed longer!
Ana was so friendly and provided a video ahead of time with clear instructions on how to get into the unit as we were arriving later in the eve. She was very welcoming and also gave me info on what to see in our short stay on the island.
