However, don't book the standard room type; you'll be assigned to the second floor, which is basically a basement. The reception is on the fourth floor, and the pool is on the third—you can imagine how gloomy it is. Also, a staff member at the front desk named Yuki was very unprofessional; avoid this place if you encounter any problems."

"Most of the people are nice. The place is spacious and clean. The restaurant food is actually quite good. They offer free shuttle to downtown and airport, as well as Buttermilk. Here are a few downsides. 1. It is far from everything else. Quite, but not inconvenient. Shuttle goes every half an hour. 2. Give 4 bottles of drinking water at a time. Difficult to us 4 people. Why can they install a filtration system so that we can just get our own water? 3. We can hear all the squeaking sound upstairs while people walking. 4. Air control system is hard to maneuver. Overall, it is much cheaper than downtown hotels with bigger rooms."
