"although i was staying here with work i have stayed in this hotel on 5 occasions now. if you dont speak french you will find it very difficult to make yourself understood with reception staff. on my last stay 16-05-16 when i checked in i was informed that it was room only which i knew was incorrect but after trying to get this through to the staff they started to ignore me there was no facility to pay with a card as there machine was broken !!! which ment only by fortune i had euros to convert into Congolese francs. i would say the hotel itself is good, food is good and rooms are cleaned to a good standard pool area is very good the major issue for me and any other none speaking french person is the language barrier and the attitude of some of the staff just to add the wifi is free but does not work with whatsapp/facebook etc"

"The newly opened hotel in Cape Noire is said to be owned by the wife of President Sassou. It has become a landmark building. We stayed there for two nights. The room was small but relatively clean. The breakfast selection was very rich The price-performance ratio was not too high, but there was no other choice in Cape Noire."

"The room is nice and the hotel has a good ambiance...its relaxing. However...some personnel's attitude are quite disturbing. I asked twice for the internet connection ticket and the front desk man told me that he ran out of it. I asked him at what time can i come back to get my free internet ticket and he told me he doesn't have time! Blatantly rude! When i went back to my room i called the front desk and they responded saying that the ticket is available and i can pick it up...which i did...i went back and he was surprised it was me! He gave me the ticket. This shows that they will only give the internet ticket to whomsoever they want to give it to...very unprofessional and boorish all the way! One piece of advise to the management...you have a good hotel but your personnel stinks big time! Try to check them out regularly and for sure you will see the flaws."
