"My husband and I stayed at Pompei Valley for 6 nights. When I booked I was wanting a good value hotel with a pool, walkable to the ruins. If you enjoy walking, you can reach the main tourist area in 20 minutes. Otherwise the hotel can organise taxis at a cost of 20 euro. There is a good supermarket about 10 minutes away and as the hotel rooms provide a fridge, we got ourselves some drinks and snacks. We had pizza most evenings at the hotel and we paid 10 euro most mornings for breakfast. Drinks at the pool bar cost 2.50 euro for coke and 8 euro for beer. Water is provided in the room on arrival. Lunch is offered by the pool, but we didnt have any during our stay. We really enjoyed our time here and it was the perfect hotel to explore the area. We spent most mornings by the pool as it was so refreshing, the pool itself was always the perfect temperature during the heatwave and in addition to this, there are spritz machines all around the sunbeds offering a pleasant cooling mist, something I would consider buying for my own garden! Finally I want to mention the staff, particularly Ornella and the owner Maurizio. They were always available on whatsapp so you could book your breakfast, order evening meals and reserve your sun loungers. They were friendly and pleasant and dealt with unforeseen issues very professionally."

Alfonso is very helpful and knowledgeable on best way to navigate the area. We highly recommend at least several days to stay."

"This hotel was the most satisfying one I booked in this price range during my trip to Italy. It was clean, tidy, and great value for money. The location was incredibly convenient, only a couple hundred meters from the entrance to Pompeii. The hairdryer was incredibly powerful—the most powerful I've ever seen—and very comfortable to use. The hotel service was also excellent, making for a fantastic overall experience. The breakfast was decent, nothing special, but overall it was really delicious. Highly recommended! Furthermore, it's super convenient if you're driving. The hotel offers free parking; they give you a blue parking card, which you can swipe to leave the hotel for free upon check-out, which is especially convenient for tourists with cars."

"It's a great location, just a minute's walk from the Pompeii ruins. In addition, the nearest station is close by, so public transportation is easily accessible. From the hotel balcony you can see the main street and Mount Vesuvius. There are many shops open on the main street until late at night, but there was no noise and I was able to sleep quietly."

"A quite lovely place, situated on a quiet street, a little oasis, with lovely gardens, and Vesuvius brooding in the background. It’s only ten minutes walk to the Villa de Misteri, which is one of the exit gates from Pompeii, and about twenty minutes to Porta de Marina, which is the main entrance gate. The room was comfortable, the bathroom decent, and the outdoor spaces great to sit in and relax after hiking around the ruins. Roberto, the owner, is a very kind man, contentious and a pleasure to communicate with; I would be very happy to stay here again, and to recommend PompeiLog to my friends and family."

"The great place. But the standard of the room was disapointing. The bathroom was awful, unclean with mold. We asked for another room, and they gave us. But it was the same. Breakfast- it was no breakfats, just coffee and the sweet. Jacuzzi- extra pay- 100$!!!"
