"Our experience at the Naiades Hotel was truly wonderful! From the first moment everyone was extremely helpful – Martha at the reception greeted us with a smile and enthusiasm, Despina at breakfast made sure we didn’t miss anything, while even on the last day, at check-out, the gentleman at the reception was impeccable. The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable and with a nice aesthetic. The breakfast was rich and full of fresh dishes, many of which were home-grown – a truly unique taste! The location is excellent, very close to Loutra Pozar, with a beautiful view and a quiet environment that helps you relax. We will definitely choose the Naiades Hotel again and we highly recommend it to anyone who wants impeccable hospitality and quality accommodation!"

"Horrible, horrible experience. The staff were shockingly rude and dismissive. When I left my luggage with the hotel, there were no tags issued, and absolutely no system in place — guests could freely access and remove any item from the storage area without any security checks. That’s completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one carrying the Hilton name. Basic amenities were also missing — no cotton buds, no facial tissue — and when I raised this, the staff curtly replied, “This is Hilton, but so what?” That level of indifference and poor training is deeply concerning. This stay fell far below even the most basic expectations. I would strongly advise others to think twice before booking."

"Newly renovated hotel with amazing rooms and great breakfast. It was located in the center of the city, so everything that we need was a walkable distance. The room was warm, bed was queen size, buffet breakfast with amazing variety of choice and we will be back again, for sure. "

White and Wood Boutique Hotel

"The hotel is hyper well placed, you can't find better. there is a small kitchenette with the needy that is very convenient. We had a rental car and the owner offered us a secure parking place. It was top. The only negative point is that the bathroom in the room where we were had to have a VMC giving over the smoking corner because the room felt TREST THAT cigarette. The next day we had to wash all our stuff because the smell was too strong. I imagine not all rooms are like this."

"Location quite convenient to the center in 10 minutes you can get there on foot without problems. Parking quite easy the rooms are quite large and clean. Spacious bathroom without frills. Very friendly staff. Wifi super. At the entrance there is a shared area where you can relax"

Phaidon Hotel & Spa

"Its definetly not a spa. We were dissappointed ,we thought there was an indoor pool but upon arrival they told us its closed..They should not advertise the spa part.... only reason we didnt leave was that the staff were very friendly. We were given the chance to leave since there was no pool, but we decided to stay."

"I have been here several times in the last year: now 16 consecutive days: rooms are generally good and clean (except one which is poor, but they changed the day after following my complains); breakfast could be improved (expecially continental); personnel is polite and available; restaurant is generally not at the same level as the hotel. parking is easy in front of the hotel, wifi is fast and fits for purpose. hall is confortable and suitable to work too. City center at walking distance (10 minutes)."
