"Not worth spending your money here the ultra all inclusive doesn't mean anything as there is hardly anything to eat all the drinks watered down and rude staff spoke to the management (Uran) who was very rude and didn't want to hear anything i had to say. Most of the time i had to make my drinks myself where they put a small table with some drinks so you serve yourself at the beach bar there was no beers and was told to go back to the pool bar which is across the road and over the bridge to get beers if i wanted DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY"

"I did not come to this hotel but to the one right next door, the Jost Caravel. The A&G hotel is absolutely not on the seafront, the pretty garden in front no longer exists, a hotel building is built right in front. The beach is just a vacant lot with 5 deckchairs..."

"This was the worst experience so far in Albania. Me and my family spent 4 nights in the " renovated villas" which were very dirty, cleaned only after two days, pillows were all with stains and floor was full of hair. They gave us a room with broken frige, because someone previously poured milk on it, the smell was disgusting and it was impossible to stay there. We made a complaint to the manager of the " hotel" and they told us to go and sleep in parking lot because they dont have available rooms at that moment and they will not reimburse for the 140 euro we paid per night. We ended up sleeping in two rooms, 6 of us, after almost two days, they changed our room after going several times at reception to ask for it and after arguing with them. Food was terrible. During breakfast they served small buffet and you ended up not eating if you didnt go before 9:30 (very limited choice of food).Dinner was choosing from a menu ( 3 or 4 meals/ had to choose one of them) and just one water was included, no desert, no drinks, if you wanted extra water you had to pay. You had to wait at least 15/20 mins each time before getting served and service was poor. For the price we paid we were very disappointed with the behavior of staff and quality of food. We will never come back for sure."
