The staff could speak enough English to communicate. The front desk, as well as the cleaning staff, were very friendly. The breakfast was 90% Chinese, which means the only Western option was cereal. The hotel's location to the beach is excellent. The resort is lovely until you reach the beach. This beach was a big disappointment. Extremely dirty with lots of trash that washed up on the beach. I would NOT come again

The hotel's location is pretty good, just about a 13-minute walk from Wanpingkou, and there's a direct bus to Rizhao Coastal Forest Park. The front desk service was excellent; they even upgraded my room for free. The room was quite spacious and well-insulated, so I slept very soundly. The hygiene was also top-notch. Overall, I felt it was great value for money (under 100 RMB, which is really good!). Friends visiting Rizhao should definitely consider this place. If I had to pick a downside, it would be that there isn't much of a view outside the window. Wishing the hotel great success!

The front desk staff was kind and easy-going, warm and polite. The check-in process is simple and neat, the efficiency is particularly high, and there is no delay in the whole process. Any questions and inquiries are answered patiently and meticulously, speaking softly and caring, and doing things thoughtfully and responsiblely. Treating people sincerely and not perfunctory, the overall service experience is particularly comfortable, making people feel particularly warm. The high-quality and intimate service at the front desk alone is particularly satisfying. It is really safe to choose here for travel and accommodation, highly recommended!

Very good, his family seems to be the only Hanting in Rizhao 5.0 or a brand new hotel just opened. The lady service is particularly good. I have to send a quilt in person at night. The hotel’s breakfast is also great. I forgot to take pictures. It’s very convenient to walk from Wanpingkou.

This stay was very satisfactory. The hotel service was excellent. Yuantong Express staff maintained a friendly smile throughout, and their unhurried and composed demeanor was outstanding. Overall, the hotel is pretty average, and the decor is quite dated. If you look closely, many areas are showing their age. Only the hotel exterior and lobby look decent. Let me focus on the issues. On the first day, we arrived at the hotel around 6 PM. When we drove onto the platform, I asked if I could park there while checking in, but they wouldn't let me, even though other cars were clearly parked there. After parking in the basement and going up to the front desk, three people were standing there with their heads down. I wasn't sure if they were busy or what they were doing, so I didn't want to disturb them. I stood about 3 to 5 meters away for over half a minute. Seeing that no one was paying attention to me, I asked, ”Can I check in?” Immediately, a man told me to come to him. I saw him quickly put his phone aside; it turned out all three of them were playing on their phones. After check-in, no one told me where to find the elevator. I blindly walked in the opposite direction of the parking lot elevator and, by chance, got it right. The hotel has two side wings, and even if I had guessed wrong, there would have been an elevator, but it would have been a long detour. As for the hotel management, I guess they haven't had much training. From the moment I arrived until I checked out, no one ever nodded at me, said hello, or acknowledged me in any way. It was always cold, indifferent brushes past each other. The room didn't have any general-purpose tissues, only one in the bathroom by the sink. I don't know if this is standard for all rooms or if they just forgot to put one in. The soundproofing in the room was poor. In the morning, I could clearly hear doors closing in other rooms, people talking in the hallway, and children shouting next door. In the afternoon, I hung the 'please clean' sign on the door when I went out, but by 4:30 PM, the room still hadn't been cleaned. The alarm clock by the bed was placed there, but it wasn't set correctly; it was an hour off, as shown in the picture. Instant coffee is acceptable, but only sugar packets were provided, with no creamer or non-dairy creamer. Last night, I went to the bar on the first floor. When I entered, there was a live singer performing. I couldn't see any staff at the bar, and there were no other guests. I walked to the bar to look at the menu, and suddenly a young man popped up from behind the computer. Right after we ordered our drinks, the singer left. We sat there for half an hour in complete silence; there wasn't even any soft background music. We were the only ones there the whole time.

Close to Wanpingkou Scenic Area, it is very convenient to travel. The hotel has plenty of parking space, large parking lots on the ground + underground charging piles, which is particularly friendly to self-driving tourists.
