"Overall a great stay. The biggest advantage is the convenience. It is truly ski in ski out, which makes it very easy to access the slopes without needing to travel anywhere. The slopes here are also very beginner friendly. They are not too steep, which makes it a comfortable place to learn or practice skiing. I also took a 2 hour private ski lesson arranged through the hotel. Our instructor, Yuki, was very friendly, patient, and encouraging, which made the learning experience enjoyable. The only downside was the food. Both the dinner and breakfast buffet had quite limited variety, and the taste was just average. Considering the price we paid, the food did not feel very worth it. Overall, it is still a good place to stay if you want convenience and easy access to beginner friendly slopes. Just do not expect too much from the buffet."

Premium Lake Toya is an elegant retreat for adults, quietly nestled on the shores of Lake Toya in Hokkaido. With interiors that combine the warmth of wood and the aesthetics of traditional Japanese design, the rooms evoke both nostalgia and modern comfort. Fresh seafood delivered directly from local ports, vegetables from contracted farms, and premium Hokkaido meats create dishes that appeal to all five senses. Both breakfast and dinner are beautifully presented, making each dish a memorable part of your journey. The warm hospitality and attentive service of the staff ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay. "Premium Lake Toya" is a special place where you can escape the noise of everyday life and reconnect with yourself in peaceful luxury. Come and experience the joy of doing nothing—an extraordinary stay that will linger in your heart.

"The location is far away from the lake ( fireworks) main area. You need your own car for accessibility. Parking is free on site. Smaller establishment as compared to the main hotel accomodation in the main area where main shops/ bakery/ restaurants are located. Amenities given are ample and neatly arranged in the wooden box. Onsen room is useful and good for private moments. Water pressure in the bathroom is great Dressing area with table and drawer is in an ideal layout. Aircon unit is good and working. Bedding and pillows need improvement. Ventilation in the toilet bowl area need to have better airflow so the humid and smell will remain in that little section. Breakfast staff need to be more attentive before serving breakfast set to guests as they missed out one sashimi dish and had to be alerted when we cross checked with each other. Staff had to give a puzzled expression and it was totally unnecessary as the rest of us took the Japanese set as well and we can see what is missing if it's missing. They replaced the missing item after deliberating with their kitchen or back end. And with the new accommodation fees and taxes or onsen fees implemented on non-resident of Japan. We feel that it should be informed during check in time. And not during check out time and spring us with surprise as we have a schedule to work on and we are in a hurry. It felt very unpleasant and due to limited language efficiency had to even check with another friend who is a Japanese . And has to be clarified why there are three charges . This causes unnecessary stress, inconvenience and unpleasantness for visitors who expect a certain standard based on the reviews posted by other users. Unfortunately, the situations in the restaurant, check out and experience on the final day ruined the stay."

"Chasing summer fireworks in Hokkaido, like fireworks reaching for the stars, may all our wishes on this trip come true. The emotional value that Nousuifuu Onsen Hotel provided us is 100 out of 100. Breakfast and dinner were absolutely mouth-watering, delicious, bountiful, and beautifully presented! We can't predict the value of any given moment, we just hope it becomes a beautiful memory for us. Time for an onsen bath! ♨️"

"The room was a good size with a great view of Lake Toya. Someone even came to lay out the futon for us. Dinner felt very special, and the soup was incredibly light and delicious. Breakfast was also very good, with a wide selection at the buffet. The hotel's hot spring was a bit hot, but it was still really pleasant to relax outdoors with the breeze."

"My stay at Hilton Niseko Village in Hokkaido was very convenient and enjoyable, especially for skiing. The hotel has excellent ski-in/ski-out access, with the gondola just a short walk from the ski valet. This made it very easy to start and finish a full day on the slopes without any hassle. The surrounding snow scenery was also beautiful. After skiing, I really enjoyed relaxing in the onsen, which was one of the highlights of the stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet offered a good variety of food. Although the rooms are a bit dated, the overall experience was comfortable and the location is perfect for a ski holiday in Niseko."

"My overall experience at Toyako畔亭 (Toyako Hanatei) was quite good. The hotel is right by Lake Toya, and the views are truly stunning. When I arrived yesterday, the weather was clear, and I could see Mount Yotei clearly in the distance – it was a magnificent sight. This morning, it snowed, and the lake with the falling snowflakes created a very picturesque scene. It was a completely different vibe, and both views were incredibly impressive. The onsen area was clean and comfortable, and soaking in the lake-view hot spring was especially relaxing. Dinner was excellent; the steak was delicious, tender, and juicy – definitely the highlight of the meal. Breakfast had a minor drawback: the serving time from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM felt a bit short. It can get rushed when there are a lot of people. Also, there was no seafood donburi, which would have made the selection richer. However, the overall taste was still good. Overall, it offered good value for money, and the minor issues didn't detract from the overall experience. If I visit Lake Toya again, I would definitely consider staying here."

"The room was spacious and didn't feel cramped at all. Having a private onsen right outside the door with lake views was amazing. The public bath was particularly great; all the toiletries were Pola, and it was very clean. The hotel wasn't crowded, so it was very quiet. The only downside was the dinner from the two-meals-per-night plan. It was really greasy and not very tasty. You could tell the chef put a lot of effort into trying to make common ingredients delicious, but there were far too many dairy flavors, which made it quite sickly. The staff were all very friendly and polite, helping with sending our ski gear and carrying luggage. Definitely a good choice for a vacation."

"The staff at Park Hyatt are incredibly attentive and thoughtful. The front desk ladies are not only beautiful but also very meticulous and considerate, especially kind and warm towards children. This time, I'd like to extend a special thanks to the hotel's reservations department for taking care of a returning guest like me by promptly upgrading our room, which made our trip incredibly comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel's ski valet is a major reason why we ski here; it saves so much effort when you're tired from skiing. Last year, I remember there were enthusiastic staff members who helped with putting on and taking off ski boots; it seems that service isn't available this year. It would be even better if it were! 😄 Thank you! 🙏"
