"The resort itself is very nice and clean however, even though the rooms are non smoking, they both had a strong scent of cigarette smoke. The pool is kept clean, and there is an onsite fast food type of restaurant. If you’re in the area I 100% recommend walking to Portofino for dinner. It’s a little pricey but so worth it."

"Second time coming to this resort. Had an AMAZING experience the first time. This trip was ruined by the manager Najib Bou Haidar. Wanted to nickel and dime us for EVERYTHING- for example we booked a two bedroom unit, he gave us a one-bedroom and wanted to charge us for an extra bed. At check in he wanted us to book a separate room for our two children- since when can a family (2 adults, 2 children under the age of 15) not be able to share a room together? Absolutely ridiculous. Staff was amazing and the resort itself is beautiful. Just the manager was the problem this trip. Would only consider coming back if he is no longer employed or at least not interacting with guests."

"We had a fabulous stay at the Jounieh Suites Hotel. The staff and owner made us feel like family. The rooms were clean and comfortable. All amenities were available and the front desk was very responsive to any request. The location was great as there was a few restaurants, corner store and pharmacy all within walking distance. Many other great places just a very short taxi ride away. Will definitely stay again on our next trip to Lebanon. "
