"We stayed here only for a night, but from what we saw, we wished we had had the possibility to experience this place for a longer period. This is definitely a place where you come to spend a longer holiday. This is a bigger complex with various room/house types. We had a studio, which consisted of a bedroom with a dining area, a kitchenette, a bathroom with a bath tub, a closet and a small patio. Only downside we experienced was the smell on paint in the room when we arrived. There were also scaffolds right outside the window of our room. I believe people mainly come here by car, and there were loads of parking places and they even have spot where you can wash your windshield! This came handy since our windshield was filled with dead bugs. The place is also surrounded by forest and by the water, so there are lots of mosquitoes in the evenings during summer time at least. There’s lots to explore around the premises. We enjoyed watching the different animals (donkeys, alpacas, goats, rooster & hens). The location by the water is beautiful and there was a swan swimming close to the shore line. You can also book sauna by the water if you want or take a morning swim in their pool. There’s a huge lawn where you can sit in a shaded chair or sunbath. If you’re feeling more adventurous, you can even rent a boat. There’s also a nice playground for kids there. Since our visit was very short as we were passing by, we didn’t have hotel breakfast."

"A very nice hotel. The receptionist was very friendly, and there was free fruit available at the front desk. The rooms were spacious and had microwaves, and the decor was quite new. It was great value for money. There was paid parking downstairs, I think it was €15 per day."

"Brak parkingu w hotelu. Dodatkowo parking miejski kosztuje 10 euro i jest spory kawałek od hotelu. Bardzo dobre i obfite śniadanie z dużym wyborem. Miła obsługa. Minus - łóżka pojedyncze nie są z możliwością łączenia jak we wszystkich hotelach. Są przytwierdzone na stałe. Lokalizacja - bardzo blisko starego miasta. W pokoju koszmarnie brudne okna. Zazwyczaj nie zwracam uwagi na takie detale ale tutaj nie było prawie nic przez nie widać."

"We spent a weekend here to visit relatives in Schwerin. The hotel is located in a rural setting, a bit outside of town, but the center is still a quick drive away. The staff are very friendly, and the breakfast was plentiful. The restaurant serves excellent food, and the bar serves delicious cocktails or a beer. You can park your car directly behind the hotel. We've stayed here three times now and have always been very satisfied."

"We stayed here for two nights in early December 2025. The hotel is located about two blocks from the central train station on the Pfaffenteich, a large artificial pond just north of the old town. We found the location excellent, within easy walking distance to restaurants and sights in the old town. The hotel had a central elevator. We booked a double room, and it was nicely outfitted with a full-sized bed, sitting chair, and desk. The décor was “classical,” with modern touches. The bathroom was spacious and clean. There was a bathtub with a shower attachment that required one to step over a high edge to enter and exit. Closet space was somewhat limited, but we were able to squeeze in our large rolling luggage case and clothing. A single small TV was attached to a wall on a movable mount with access to local German TV stations. The room faced the rear courtyard, and it was quiet at night. Breakfast was served in a dining room on the ground floor and consisted of the typical Continental buffet, with hot items available upon request. Mealtime was busy but never crowded. The hotel also had water and sweets available throughout the day at various locations. The hotel had a bar area and a very nice sitting room/library with plush leather chairs. Staff we dealt with were professional and courteous. Overall, a very nice hotel in a good area! We had no issues with walking around at night, although one must always be mindful of their surroundings. I would recommend a walk around the Pfaffenteich and exploring the neighborhood on the east across from the hotel."
