Prior to my arrival I was not informed by the hotel property regarding self check in service and I was lost for a little while, as the property that I book is Hillside Elegance but the outside door mentioned Hillsuites. I contacted property by WhatsApp and everything is settled after that. Room was cozy and cleaned daily. Breakfast is upon order by the property."
