Great service from the concierge. Rooms are clean and huge, though the furnitures are not consider in the nines but good enough. The location is really good as in the metro station is just right next to the hotel and the Imago mall is situated right next to the hotel as well. With a huge supermarket and loads of eateries. Would definitely recommend this accommodation especially with kids.

Very satisfied, beautiful environment, spacious and bright room, sweet-scented osmanthus tree in the courtyard is fragrant, a very wonderful weekend enjoyment. Worth visiting again and again. It is very close to Guanyin Temple and Fisherman's Wharf, watching the sunrise and sunset, the scenery is very beautiful. It is also close to the Blue Sea and Golden Sands.

Because I live in the community opposite, I booked this place for my friend. The room is located on the Zhongshan Park Metro Line 2. It is a well-known community in the area with convenient transportation. The community is directly connected to Zhongshan Park, which is very convenient for morning jogging or night tours. The living room is large and the 2 bedrooms are suitable for a family of 3. The customer service is quite responsible. My friend arrived quite late that day, and the customer service immediately contacted my friend's travel situation

The room is great, and you can tell from the details that the decoration is very attentive (a resonance from after I renovated it myself, hahahaha). Kohler bathtub, Duravit bathroom, XGIMI projector, Xiaomi big TV, bed and bedding are also very comfortable. I brought my daughter with me this time. There is a lot of space to play in the backyard, and it is very comfortable to bask in the sun. We had dinner in the B&B at night, and we ate there for several days in a row. Every meal was very good, the ingredients were fresh enough, and the chef's cooking skills were great. The freshly cooked food is the real deal. Next time I want to get away from the city, I will consider coming here to cultivate my body and mind.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was clean and the bed was really comfortable. The location was near the airport where we needed to be but it’s not great if you want to explore downtown. The staff were also lovely, The pool is nice and warm enough with great staff too. There was a few concerns I had. We had the ac in as cold and as high as it would go and it was just passable. I’d be scared to come in summer. We had the baby crib which was set up lovely but there was a weird door there baby could kick out of and slip through. We put a suitcase up next to it to keep it shut but it could be really dangerous if you didn’t notice.

The Good Points: The young lady at reception for check-in was lovely -Polite, smiling, efficient and a pleasure to deal with - She is an absolute credit to the hotel 👍 The bedrooms are large The shower in the bathroom was very good 👍 The breakfast was ok 👍 Close to lots of local restaurants 👍 The Bad Points: The hotel is quite old and worn now with things you notice such as carpets dirty, things generally broken etc. I was stood in the looby searching for a shopping mall on my phone map, and was approached by 2 (a man and a woman) hotel management staff to offer help - When it got too difficult for them to help, they gave up and just walked off 🤷♂️ - These 2 members of staff have almost zero understanding of customer service The Worst Point: You could suffocate to death in this hotel - There is no air conditioning in the corridors and the air conditioning in the rooms does not cool the room - When I put the air conditioning on in my room the room temperature was 24 degrees, I set the air conditioning to cooling and 16 degrees as it was so hot, but the room temperature increased to 25 degrees 🤦♂️ The hotel lobby was unbearable because of the heat and lack of air - In the morning after breakfast in the lobby restaurant, I was so hot I had to take a 2nd shower to cool off. Of the 2 lifts in the hotel, 1 had working air conditioning, so I used to ride the lift to cool down! Because of the heat in my bedroom, I could not sleep well and consequently had a tough day at work as I was tired My colleague had the same complaints about the hotel and his bedroom Staying in this hotel is very uncomfortable and unhealthy because of the heat and poor air conditioning - You will not get a good rest staying in this hotel
