room is very clean. Love that. AC was not working so I was changed to another room. Had a very good night sleep. Memory foam pillow was awesome! Staff were all friendly and people oriented. Big plus. Walking distance to Shanghai bookstore and The Bund.

The service is incredibly proactive and outstanding, making for an extremely comfortable stay. Sicily at the front desk was sweet and enthusiastic, helping us upgrade to a wonderful room type with excellent privacy. Located in the bustling Xintiandi, the location is incredibly convenient, yet the room itself is very quiet – a true hidden gem in the city. The bedding is comfortable, and the toiletries are Diptyque. Breakfast is fresh with new items introduced weekly. Overall, I highly recommend it; if I'm on a business trip nearby again, I'll definitely choose to stay here.

The whole lobby and dining area feel super cozy and homey—almost like a US-style social hub. I noticed 90% of the guests were non-Chinese, so if you're looking for an easy place to chat with other travelers, this is it. Rooms are clean, efficient, and have a fun, big design that makes the space feel bigger than it is. Breakfast is included and actually good—freshly made Chinese and Western options, so you don't have to hunt for coffee and eggs in the morning. Staff are genuinely friendly. They'll give you honest food recs and even help with delivery requests if you're ordering anything. Best value I've found in this location. Already planning my next trip back. Pro tip: Grab a coffee or tea on that patio in the morning —just like you would do that in your own house. Super relaxing and great vibe. Unkompliziert und wir konnten schon ca 11h einchecken weil die Zimmer fei waren (hervorragend) Zimmer Klein aber sehr modern und super sauber. Die Klimaanlage sehr gut, neu und sauber . Fenster können bei Bedarf geöffnet werden und sind mit Fliegengitter ausgestattet. Grundsätzlich ruhig aber morgens ist halt durch die Gäste die zum Frühstück gehen etwas Lärm vorhanden . Gute Preise und gutes Frühstück oder auch gutes Essen oder Baker & Spice in der Mall 5th floor ca. 500m vom Hotel probieren. Umgebung Viele Bars teilweise teuer also aufpassen aber meine Empfehlung ist die Bar Funkadeli mit guten Preisen sowie sehr guten Service. Found a hotel with amazing value for money! The location is in a bustling area with a subway entrance right downstairs, making transportation super convenient. There are so many restaurants nearby that I didn't even know which one to choose. The room was very spacious, and the view from the window was expansive. The bedding was so comfortable; I fell asleep as soon as my head hit the pillow. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the hot water pressure was incredibly strong – if you're light, remember you can turn it down a bit. The hotel's breakfast buffet was very rich and served until 10 AM. The front desk staff, Xiao Chen and Xiao Xu, were so enthusiastic! They helped me arrange my room, and even kept my forgotten items at the front desk for me. Thumbs up! There's also a large underground parking lot with plenty of empty spaces. I'll definitely book here again next time.

After I explained the situation, the front desk staff very graciously extended my check-out time by two hours, free of charge. It's peak summer travel season, so the hotel is clearly busy, yet they still managed to provide such a thoughtful and flexible service – that's truly rare. I've stayed in many hotels, but only Atour has offered such a warm and generous extended check-out service. The hotel itself is very comfortable, with meticulous and attentive service, and all facilities are complete. Its location is also excellent, making it super convenient for getting around and sightseeing. I sincerely appreciate this heartwarming gesture from the hotel; my experience was absolutely fantastic. Next time I'm in Shanghai, this will definitely be my first choice again!

Amidst my usual hurried comings and goings, this place feels like a welcome stopover, prompting me to slow down. This time, I deliberately flew in a day early, simply to unwind and enjoy a full 24 hours of relaxation at the hotel. The service is incredibly thoughtful and comfortable. It's clean, tidy, and maintains a perfect sense of privacy. In today's busy world, it provides a much-needed space to breathe slowly. A true haven for de-stressing.
