Firstly, i want to thank the staff Nana. She was very helpful and kind. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and always greeted us with a smile. They kindly helped us join the two beds together and made them very neat and comfortable. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, and shopping areas. We really appreciated the excellent service and hospitality throughout our stay. Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable!

The location is definitely this hotel's biggest plus point. It's a mere three to four-minute walk from the subway station, and just two stops by metro to iconic spots like The Bund, City God Temple, and Oriental Pearl TV Tower. You can easily hit multiple landmarks in a single day without any hassle. The hotel's ambiance is fantastic, with greenery everywhere. The rooms are spotless. Although there's no elevator, the staff are super helpful and will carry your large luggage for you. Luggage storage after check-out is also very convenient, making travel completely stress-free. Not sure why the ratings are so low!

I had an incredible stay at this hotel, and the overall experience was absolutely wonderful. First of all, the hotel enjoys an unbeatable and prime location in Shanghai. [爱心]The transportation here is extremely convenient, allowing easy access to major scenic spots, shopping areas and city landmarks. It saves plenty of traveling time, which is perfect for tourists exploring the city. The highlight of my stay was definitely the stunning room view. From the room window, I could directly overlook the magnificent Huangpu River and the iconic Oriental Pearl Tower. The daytime scenery is bright and pleasant, while the night view is breathtaking and spectacular. As the city lights turn on at dusk, the entire riverside and tower are illuminated with gorgeous neon lights. The shimmering river water matches the brilliant city skyline, creating a dreamy and luxurious urban night scene. Watching the beautiful night view quietly in the room was extremely relaxing and healing. The panoramic view brings a fantastic visual enjoyment that perfectly represents the charm of Shanghai. Thanks to the superior location and amazing river view, this stay was unforgettable and worthwhile. I highly recommend this hotel for travelers who want to enjoy the best Shanghai night scenery.

Not too close to the metro or Nanjing road but great location for DiDi-based traveling. Family Mart is right next door. Luckin Cofee is just opposite so very convenient to stay. Room is great, not too big or too small with everything you need. Highly recommended room with electric toilet seat. Staffs are super nice.

1. **Regarding the hardware:** The room itself is nice – clean, with new facilities, and in a great location close to the subway. However, because the location is so prime, space is at a premium, so the room size is limited. The TV is positioned in a way that takes up too much space, leaving almost no room between the bed and the TV, making it easy to bump into. 2. **Regarding the service:** The breakfast was good, and both the front desk and room service were excellent. 3. **Minor issues:** I suggest a thorough check of the entire building's air conditioning system. We were informed that there's central air conditioning and were advised not to use the in-room AC for energy saving and environmental protection. However, if you don't turn on the in-room AC, you'll be sweating profusely within minutes – it was 38 degrees outside and 30 degrees inside the room. But if you do turn on the AC, it gets a bit too cold. It's quite a dilemma. Also, the ventilation fan is a bit noisy. So, if you turn on the AC at night, it's cold; if you turn on the fan for ventilation, it's loud. If you don't turn anything on, it's too hot to sleep. I've stayed in other five-star hotels before where the room remained cool even with the AC off. I recommend addressing these issues.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, just a few minutes' walk from Nanjing East Road Metro Station, making it incredibly convenient to reach the Bund, pedestrian street, and various other attractions. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of Chinese and Western dishes, all of good quality, allowing you to enjoy a satisfying meal before heading out for the day. However, there were a few drawbacks. The family room we booked was on the smaller side, with limited space once our luggage was in. The balcony room's view was obstructed by other buildings, so we didn't get the expected Bund view, which was a bit disappointing. The hotel also has many international guests, so travelers who prefer a quieter environment might want to consider this beforehand. Overall, this hotel is suitable for tourists primarily focused on sightseeing and returning to the hotel in the evenings to rest. For couples, I'd recommend opting for a standard room. For families, consider carefully before booking a family room. If you're hoping for a Bund view, I wouldn't advise choosing a balcony room.

The hotel is well-located, right in the middle of the pedestrian street. We stayed in a standard room, but after our flight was canceled due to a typhoon, we extended our stay for another day and were moved to an upgraded room. The room was fantastic, we were probably lucky. It had two rooms: a living room with a sofa and a magnificent view of the pedestrian street. Besides a tea set, there was also a coffee machine. There was also a large, separate bathroom. It's an ideal option for a family with a child. The breakfasts are very good, with options for both children and adults. The only thing I didn't notice was an omelet station; there were fried eggs and scrambled eggs instead. But you won't go hungry; a delicious and hearty breakfast is guaranteed.

The room environment was excellent, and it was only a few minutes' walk to the Bund. From the terrace, you could see the river view and the Oriental Pearl Tower. In the morning, we even ran 10 km along the Bund, and there were many people jogging. The room layout is creatively designed and can accommodate 4 people, or families with 2 children. You can also cook and do laundry, which is very suitable for short stays.

The hotels location (basically right on Nanjing Rd) is amazing, with amazing views over the pedestrian area. Can also actually see the Shanghai Tower and Financial Tower from the room if youre in rooms on the left of the building (rooms 25+ on each floor). The location is about halfway between both East Nanjing Rd & People's Park metro lines, which means you're about a 3 minute walk from both so you have immediate access to multiple metro lines. We found that incredibly convenient. The Bund was also only about a 10 minute walk away. The team here were really hospitable (my Mum probably drank about 2L of the free lobby tea) and also held our bags for us after checkout which was so incredibly convenient since we have a late night flight and didn't want to be dragging our bags around in the summer heat. Andy in particular was really helpful and taught us some more Mandarin. Ive already stayed here twice anyway, and will do so again. The convenience and price is simply too good to pass up. Just in case people are wondering, this hotel shares a building with Holiday Inn (just separate lobby). Took us a bit to find initially but once we knew that it was easy.

My friends, a couple, came to visit from out of town for the Qixi Festival, so I booked them the Delmonico Bund Suite. I went to check out the room beforehand and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. The hotel has a strong old Shanghai retro vibe, and the room amenities are very thoughtfully arranged, even including a vintage gramophone. The view from the window is incredibly atmospheric, you can directly see the big clock on the Bund's historic buildings, making it perfect for a festive stay. The hardware facilities are top-notch, and the attention to detail is impressive. The location is superb, right on Jiujiang Road. It's just a few minutes' walk to the Bund, and it's super convenient for a city walk exploring Nanjing East Road and Yuanmingyuan Road. The only minor drawback is that the hotel doesn't have its own parking. You have to walk about a hundred meters to a nearby parking lot. Overall, the quality is excellent and it's highly recommended for couples visiting Shanghai for a special occasion. It's very photogenic and creates a fantastic festive atmosphere.

A great experience! The room was spacious enough to accommodate our family of six. It's also very close to the Bund and Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street. Highly recommended!

For my trip to Shanghai this time, I stayed at the Blossom House Shanghai Bund Yu Garden Hotel. The location is incredibly convenient, right next to the Bund, Yu Garden, and City God Temple, making sightseeing a breeze. The hotel's overall design features a bronze color palette, giving it an elegant and sophisticated classic charm. The facilities are comprehensive, including a self-service laundry room and a gym, which makes extended stays more convenient. The room was comfortable and clean, and the breakfast offered a rich variety of options, ensuring a pleasant stay and satisfying meals. Mira's service was exceptionally thoughtful and warm, leaving a lasting impression. It truly was a comfortable and heartwarming trip to Shanghai.

This place is incredibly convenient, right next to the Bund and Nanjing Pedestrian Street – literally just a few hundred meters away. We happened to be here during a lockdown this time, and I was so glad it was so close, which made things much easier. If you're planning to visit the Bund and Nanjing Road, I highly recommend staying here!

A truly excellent hotel isn't just about beautiful facilities and a prime location; it's about making guests feel genuinely cared for right from before check-in. The Regent Shanghai on the Bund is exactly such a hotel. The entire check-in experience was incredibly smooth, with every step perfectly connected. Before I even arrived, my butler, Yukiiii, proactively called me to confirm my arrival time and preferences. Since I was arriving early that day, she actively helped coordinate an early check-in. While I understood it depended on room availability, she consistently followed up, ultimately allowing us to check in smoothly ahead of schedule. This kind of service makes you feel like your pleasant stay has already begun before you even reach the hotel. During my stay, communication was primarily through WeChat. Whether I had questions or requests, Yukiiii's replies were incredibly prompt, often almost instant, and she handled things very efficiently, making the entire process completely stress-free. Good butler service isn't about constantly making their presence known, but about being there the moment you need them. The room also had fresh flowers, a welcome fruit platter, desserts, red wine, and a handwritten welcome card. The sense of occasion was perfectly pitched – not overly deliberate, but genuinely making you feel the hotel's thoughtfulness. Every small detail added warmth to this stay, making it feel like more than just a night at a hotel, but a memorable experience. The hotel itself was equally surprising. The architecture retains the classic charm of the Bund's historical buildings while incorporating modern design language, resulting in elegance and quality. Outside the window, you have the Huangpu River and the Lujiazui skyline, offering completely different charms by day and night. Every corner of the room is perfect for capturing memories, and any casual photo turns out beautifully. Finally, I really want to extend a special thank you to Yukiiii. From the pre-arrival communication to every response during my stay, and even her concern before I checked out, I felt her professionalism, attentiveness, and sincerity throughout. Many hotels have excellent hardware, but what truly makes people want to choose them again is often this kind of service. This stay has also made me better understand why so many people love the Regent brand. I look forward to staying at the Regent Shanghai on the Bund again on my next visit to Shanghai.

The hotel's location is fantastic – a pedestrian street and the Bund are both very close. It's right by Metro Line 2 and Line 10, making it convenient to get anywhere. When traveling with elderly people, transportation is always the top priority. The room was clean and had good soundproofing. It was neat and hygienic. The front desk staff was very welcoming. The location and environment are really good. This time I arrived too late for work reasons. I will definitely come to feel it later. The landlord is attentive and takes the initiative to contact the guest to inform the precautions. The facilities are very complete, hot water and washing are all available. The first time I lived in an old bungalow, it felt really good to watch the Oriental Pearl fall asleep.

This Shanghai villa is truly picturesque, with exquisite design that imbues every corner with an artistic flair. The Oriental Pearl Tower shines like the brightest star in the night sky, illuminating the sleepless nights of this great city! The hotel service was incredibly attentive and thorough, considering every little detail, which made my mother and I feel exceptionally comfortable and satisfied. We celebrated my mother's birthday early, and I got some beautiful photos of her. No need for a birthday cake, she was the star of the show! The location is super convenient for transportation, dining, and shopping. You can have breakfast in your room, and if you're still hungry, you can head downstairs for more; they offer both Chinese and Western options. Luggage storage is free, and reaching the front desk is as simple as dialing '0'. They can also communicate in English. The prices are very reasonable, and I'll definitely be back!
