Overall, it's a great hotel. The room was quite spacious and comfortable. The only minor downside was having to get toothbrushes and shampoo from a dispenser, though there was already shampoo and shower gel in the room, so it wasn't a big deal. There's a small table next to the bed, which was convenient for having delivery food brought up. The front desk staff were friendly, and the facilities were comprehensive. As a student from Jiaotong University nearby, the location was quite convenient for me, and I had a good experience.

This was my first time visiting Minhang, and since my child had an interview, I wanted to find a hotel close to Jiaotong University with good accommodations! After consulting with Ctrip customer service and considering recommendations from a Jiaotong University teacher, I decided to stay at the Buckingham! Compared to the Shangri-La I stayed at for the first two nights of this trip, the Buckingham was on par in every aspect except for breakfast. Of course, the breakfast was a bargain at 58 yuan! My only suggestion would be to generally improve the communication skills of all staff members; things always get done well, but the interactions felt a bit stiff, perhaps due to the hot weather and high number of guests. I'll definitely be a regular customer in the future, as it's just across the road from Tianjie and the subway is very convenient.

I stayed here with my elderly parents for their dental appointments and also with my baby. Overall, it was a great experience. The hotel staff was very considerate; they specifically arranged a quiet room for us, keeping my parents and baby in mind, which my baby especially loved. The location is excellent, very close to the subway, making travel super convenient. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, and the handmade pancakes were delicious. The room felt secure and the service was attentive. It's a perfect choice for those traveling with elderly parents and young children. I'd definitely consider staying here again if needed.

I took my child to participate in an event and booked a room temporarily. It was very close to the event venue. The room was spacious, bright and quiet. The girl at the front desk was beautiful and kind, very helpful. The overall experience of this stay was very good.

The service was truly excellent. We arrived on an early flight and, on a whim, asked the front desk if we could check in early to rest. To our surprise, they actually gave us a room right away for early check-in. That's really commendable! Their service is much more flexible and thoughtful than other hotels. Highly recommended. Stayed here during my trip to see the Shanghai Masters tennis. The room itself was quite old, and I was a bit concerned about the cleanliness of the air conditioning unit, as there was visible black mildew inside. The rooms are in need of refurbishment. However, the staff at the front desk were very helpful and accommodating, and were more than happy to use a translator to communicate which helped my stay be much more comfortable. Thank you!

The attitude of the service staff is particularly good. When you enter the door, you will take the initiative to say hello and guide. When you have questions, you will patiently answer them. There is no impatient performance throughout the whole process. The service details are done. The business double room is upgraded to a deluxe double room for free. Say breakfast details carefully. Everything is very gentle and enthusiastic, so people can live at ease. Awesome!
