This hotel is conveniently located near Cuihu Lake, with easy ground-level parking. It's also close to popular BBQ restaurants. The decor has a chic, 'Shanghai petty bourgeoisie' style and feels quite new. The rooms are spacious and feature smart home technology, so you barely need to use the air conditioning. Even rooms near the parking area are quiet with the windows open. Housekeeping comes daily, and the rooms are very clean. The second floor offers a children's play area, a small gym, and a billiards room. The best part is the self-service laundry; if you're out for a long time and can't collect your clothes, just write down your room number and the front desk will arrange for staff to deliver them to your room. It's a fantastic hotel, and the breakfast is good too.

This was my first time staying at this hotel. The staff were very welcoming, and the rooms were clean and hygienic. The buffet breakfast was a delicious mix of Western and Chinese options, and having it available until 11 am was perfect for families traveling with children who might wake up later. We didn't have to rush my granddaughter to eat breakfast; she could just wake up and eat whenever she was ready. My only regret is that I didn't take any pictures of our trip to post alongside the hotel photos.

The front desk service was excellent, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. The hotel's public areas are beautifully decorated with a rich cultural feel; the pictures in the circular frames seem to be of Lijiang, which is lovely. The room facilities are comprehensive, clean, and hygienic, with no strange odors. It has floor-to-ceiling windows. The breakfast, though small, offers a complete selection. Very good!

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations and deserves a rave review! First of all, the sense of security was top-notch—the elevators require a card to access, preventing unauthorized access, which made me feel very safe staying alone. There's also a gym on the first floor; while the equipment isn't extensive, it's sufficient for morning runs and light strength training, allowing me to maintain my routine while traveling. The above-ground parking is incredibly convenient. The room was a pleasant surprise: the smart toilet was a huge plus, with a responsive heated seat and bidet function; a simple call or press of a button slowly opened the curtains, allowing excellent natural light. Crucially, it was spotless—from the lobby to the room, every corner was immaculate, and the bedding was crisp and soft. The only downside was the lack of screen mirroring for the TV; I had to make do with on-demand programs if I wanted to watch shows. I hope the hotel can upgrade this in the future. However, this minor flaw doesn't detract from the overall experience, and I would definitely choose this hotel again next time!

My stay at Hanting was fantastic, definitely worth a glowing review! The cleanliness was impeccable; the room was spotless, the bedding was clean and soft, and even the corners were pristine. As for service, the front desk staff was friendly and efficient. They not only offered hot tea upon arrival but also handed me a warm bottle of mineral water at check-out, which was incredibly thoughtful. The ambiance maintains Hanting's signature minimalist wooden design—elegant and peaceful. The soft lighting and excellent soundproofing ensured a very restful sleep. The breakfast spread was diverse and very satisfying. In short, Hanting truly lives up to its reputation for 'cleanliness, tranquility, and warmth.' I'll definitely be back!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ What a pleasant surprise! The location is absolutely perfect, right outside Liangjiahe Metro Station, just a 2-minute walk away. It's super convenient to get to Cuihu Lake, Nanping Street, and Xishan. The room was clean and bright, with smart voice control, a down comforter, and a separated wet/dry bathroom. The bedding was incredibly soft, so I slept really well. The front desk staff were enthusiastic and offered 24-hour service. Plus, there's free parking and a self-service breakfast. The high floor offered great views and was quiet. It's suitable for both business trips and tourism, and the value for money is exceptional. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Kunming!

The room was very clean and quiet. It is very close to Yun'anhui and not far from the subway station. Stayed for four days and it was a great experience.

The overall room price is still very high, the health is great, because it is a business trip alone, the hotel is the smallest room type, no windows and balcony, compared to other room types feel safe to travel alone women are still very friendly. The facilities near the hotel are very good, it is very convenient to go anywhere, there is a large vegetable market on the side, a paradise for food. But to be honest, the soundproofing of the hotel room is not very good, the corridor staff can hear it in the past, and it is not very friendly to people who ask for quiet early sleep. The room is intelligently controlled, but the network is not stable. The self-service laundry service place is a bit messy, it is recommended to partition the guest area.

The breakfast was great, the service was nothing to say, the room was very new and clean, only two were: 1. When I entered the room, I smelled a little smoke. I told the front desk that I was dealt with later. It was really much better, but it came out a little taste after a few hours. 2. The washing machine is not allowed from 9:00 pm to 10:00 am. This is very inhumane and I feel that I have basically no chance to wash my clothes. I think it's great to have the rest of those two points.

The facilities are complete and the whole house is smart. The room is clean and tidy, the service is great, and the environment is elegant. Breakfast is delicious. It's about three to four hundred meters from the subway station, so it's very convenient to get anywhere. Overall, I feel very good about this place, and I genuinely recommend it.
