The hotel's building has plenty of parking spots in the ground-level lot; as long as you don't arrive too late, you'll likely find a space. The decor is very new, and the hygiene is excellent. I spilled some water on the floor, and when I wiped it with tissue, the paper wasn't even dirty. Both the front desk and room service staff were very good, greeting guests proactively and responding promptly. The only downside is breakfast from 7:30 to 8:00 AM, which is incredibly crowded. You have to share tables, and people cut in line for food. After 8:00 AM, it clears out significantly. This happened two days in a row. I suggest the hotel puts up a sign at the entrance to the breakfast area indicating peak times. Usually, 7:00 to 8:00 AM is less busy at hotels, so since this hotel's peak time is unusual, it would be helpful to advise guests to come at off-peak hours. However, the kitchen staff are exceptionally well-trained; they actively ask guests to queue up and instruct them not to touch the food directly.

I came here for a medical appointment at a nearby hospital. It's very close to the hospital, just a few minutes away. There's also a subway station nearby, which is very convenient. The room is clean, and the front desk service is excellent. I always stay here when I come here.

Location: Situated within the Sunac Houhai scenic area, it's very close to Qikong Bridge and offers a lovely green 'grass sea' walking path, which is very convenient. It's about four kilometers from Daguan Park. This location keeps you away from the tacky and overpriced old streets. Nearby, there's a delicious Yunnan Daoguo Bridge Rice Noodles restaurant where the sour fruit and red soup noodles are excellent. There's also a great handmade bakery with fantastic cakes and some coffee shops with really creative flavors. The night view is also beautiful, with many lanterns. Service: The front desk staff were absolutely amazing, a big thumbs up! The tea cakes served with afternoon tea were also very tasty. Breakfast: Made fresh for each table. I stayed for two nights and there were different menu options to choose from. On the second day, my room was upgraded to an English-style river view king room, and the view was fantastic.

I stayed at this hotel for 11 days while receiving treatment at a nearby hospital, and I'd like to extend my sincere thanks to the front desk, restaurant staff, and housekeepers for their exceptional care. The front desk kindly allowed me to check in early, the restaurant had delicious food and offered discounts, and the housekeepers were thoughtful and meticulous. Even the valet parkers went above and beyond, finding me convenient parking spots close to the entrance every day, and they even had EV charging stations. Thank you!

Absolutely amazing; 5 stars all the way! 👍 Staff were extremely attentive, helpful, and very friendly. Having access to free, self-serve, laundry services was a huge unexpected bonus. The hotel is within easy walking distance to many restaurant options, KTV, as well as fruit stands and a Walmart. Public transportation was also within easy reach; Kunming Changshui airport is a very smooth 40-50mins away, outside of peak traffic. Room was quiet, very comfortable, and kept to an excellent standard. I didn't take advantage of the breakfast option (there were so many other alternatives nearby), but I did take a peek at the many buffet options; I would definitely add the breakfast option if I were pushed for time in the mornings. I simply could not have asked for a better home away from home! I was so impressed with my stay, I booked the same hotel chain for my next stop in China.

The room was very clean, and there was no unpleasant odor on the bed. We didn't have time to take photos because we needed to go to the hospital, and we temporarily stored our luggage at the hotel. However, the customer service staff were very polite and had no complaints whatsoever. By the time we returned from the hospital to retrieve our luggage, it was already past 1 PM. We would definitely stay here again if needed.

This hotel really exceeded expectations and must give a good review! First of all, the sense of security is full. The elevator needs to be swiped to go upstairs. Non-residents can't enter and exit at will. It is also very safe to live alone. There is also a gym on the first floor. Although there are not many equipment, it is enough for morning running and simple strength training, and the rhythm can be maintained on business trips. The parking lot on the ground is very convenient for parking. The room is even more pleasant: the smart toilet is very plus points, the seat heating and flushing function is sensitive; shout or press a button, the curtains can be slowly opened, and the lighting is particularly good. The key is clean ~ from the lobby to the room, every corner is spotless, and the bedding is refreshing and soft. The only regret is that the TV cannot cast the screen. If you want to follow the drama, you have to make do with watching on-demand programs. I hope the hotel can upgrade in the future. But the flaws are not hidden, I will choose this one next time!

My first stay at the Pinxi Hotel left a deep impression on me. It was very cost-effective! The hotel lobby also looks very classy. The location of the hotel is also very good, with convenient transportation and free parking. There are many snack bars and convenience stores around. There is an oceanarium behind the hotel. The rooms are spacious and bright. The lighting is very good. The furnishings are warm, clean and tidy, and the bed is very comfortable, making people feel at home. In terms of facilities, the basic ones are all available, the air conditioning has a good cooling effect, the shower has plenty of hot water, and the internet speed is also very fast. For this price, it is really great value, highly recommended, and the front desk service is also very enthusiastic

The environment is very good and the service is very thoughtful. It can be said to be the best accommodation experience. The hotel's swimming pool is blue and has a tropical feel. And someone cleans it every day. Thumbs up.
