Hotels in New West Bus Station, Kunming

I stumbled upon a truly exquisite place to stay in Kunming. The open-air courtyard is filled with lush greenery, and just sitting there is incredibly relaxing. The interior design is tasteful and understated, with an elegant aesthetic. It was a comfortable stay, a rare moment of peace during my trip. The lounge area exuded a sense of subtle luxury and elegance, creating a wonderful ambiance. Every detail in the public areas was thoughtfully designed. The room was clean and quiet, and the service was attentive. If you're traveling to Kunming, you'll find a wonderfully relaxed and comfortable experience here.

I came here for a medical appointment at a nearby hospital. It's very close to the hospital, just a few minutes away. There's also a subway station nearby, which is very convenient. The room is clean, and the front desk service is excellent. I always stay here when I come here.

Five-star review! The room was clean and hygienic, the environment was comfortable, and the service was thoughtful and enthusiastic. Check-in was fast. The location is excellent, making it convenient to get around. The soundproofing is great, ensuring a high quality sleep. The value for money is absolutely amazing, everything was top-notch. I will definitely come again!

Absolutely amazing; 5 stars all the way! 👍 Staff were extremely attentive, helpful, and very friendly. Having access to free, self-serve, laundry services was a huge unexpected bonus. The hotel is within easy walking distance to many restaurant options, KTV, as well as fruit stands and a Walmart. Public transportation was also within easy reach; Kunming Changshui airport is a very smooth 40-50mins away, outside of peak traffic. Room was quiet, very comfortable, and kept to an excellent standard. I didn't take advantage of the breakfast option (there were so many other alternatives nearby), but I did take a peek at the many buffet options; I would definitely add the breakfast option if I were pushed for time in the mornings. I simply could not have asked for a better home away from home! I was so impressed with my stay, I booked the same hotel chain for my next stop in China.

The environment is very good and the service is very thoughtful. It can be said to be the best accommodation experience. The hotel's swimming pool is blue and has a tropical feel. And someone cleans it every day. Thumbs up.

Staying here felt just like coming home, warm and welcoming. The service was thoughtful and meticulous, and the environment was elegant and comfortable – truly a perfect stay. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, every staff member's genuine smile and efficient service made me feel incredibly welcomed and at ease. It's in the details that true quality shines through, and I really appreciate your dedication. The room was clean and bright, with a fantastic view, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. This wasn't just a stay; it was a beautiful memory. The location is excellent, making travel easy, and the modern facilities cater to all needs. Kudos to your professionalism and enthusiasm! Breakfast was delicious and abundant, providing a great start to the day. Any minor issues encountered were resolved quickly and properly, reflecting a very high standard of management. This hotel offers incredible value for money; it's absolutely worth it. Whether for a business trip or a leisure vacation, this is an excellent choice. Thank you to all the staff; your efforts made my trip exceptionally pleasant. The next time I'm in this city, this will still be my top choice. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality experience; I believe you'll leave feeling as satisfied and nostalgic as I did.

I came to live on my mobile phone. The hotel environment is clean and refreshing, and the space size is just right. The front desk is friendly and very welcoming. The process is simple and not cumbersome. The surrounding transportation is convenient, the overall is not stepping on the pit, the price is more cost-effective, live at ease, recommend to friends in need.

The hotel hallways are nice and quiet, with stylish dark gray mountain-patterned carpets that feel very premium. The elevators are also quick to respond. The hotel is located on the 12th floor of Building 2, and you can see the sign right as you exit the elevator. Once inside the room, the lighting is well-designed, and there are charging ports on both sides of the bed. The slippers are thick and soft. Overall, the experience was excellent.

The room was decent, not very spacious. The downstairs parking lot is quite small, and if you arrive late, you might not find a spot. However, the hotel offers another free parking lot. Breakfast the next day was okay, with noodles, rice, and other options, though not a huge variety. It's not too far to drive to the zoo, Old Street, and Cuihu Park. Overall, it offers good value for money.

Not bad, the front desk is very good, there are some residents next door who are noisy, but the overall environment is quiet
