Phi Phi Islands Hotels with Airport Shuttle

"The biggest plus is the location. It's a 400m walk from the pier. The room is average, nothing fancy. Small but cozy. The bathroom is also tiny, you can't really move around if there are two people. The shower is just a hole, but there's hot water. It's a standard room. The grounds are beautiful. But the pool, that's just fantastic! There's a big pool and a smaller one for kids. The views from the pool out to the sea are also great."

"We had a great stay overall. The staff were outstanding — friendly, helpful, and professional at all times. The food was excellent with plenty of variety, and the beach was absolutely beautiful and very well maintained. One important note: the bungalows vary a lot in quality depending on the location/number. The 1XX bungalows (101, 102, etc.) are modern, clean, and very nicely designed. However, the 4XX bungalows (409, 410, etc.) are noticeably lower quality — older, less comfortable, and not at the same standard as the rest of the resort. Despite that, we really enjoyed the experience and would recommend the hotel, especially if you can book a bungalow in the 1XX range."

"I chose this hotel after walking past it earlier and seeing the pool from the outside. It looked nice enough to convince me to stay here. Unfortunately, that turned out to be a mistake. It seems that this hotel and next to it the Phi Phi Andaman Beach Resort Is the same hotel with the same management just with different name To start with the positives — the staff are polite and helpful. Someone waited for us and other at the pier when we arrived with the ferry ⛴️ and helped transport the luggage to the hotel (about a 15-minute walk). Reception staff were friendly as well. That’s appreciated — but also fairly standard service in this area, Breakfast is acceptable there is enough variety to satisfy basic hunger. However, there is no proper coffee machine and the bread selection is disappointing. The baguette, for example, was dry. On the positive side, the dining area has a beautiful sea view. Honestly, the view is more satisfying than the food itself. The hotel itself is clearly neglected. The grass is burned and not maintained, trees and bushes are not trimmed, and the overall property looks like it hasn’t been properly cared for in a long time. The room lighting in the room is very poor. The bed is acceptable but the bathroom lighting is extremely weak I couldn't see myself shaving and the water pressure is barely enough for a normal shower. The air conditioner also works weakly and noisy Honestly, it’s hard to understand how management feels comfortable selling rooms in this condition. If the hotel doesn’t care about its guests, why should guests care about the hotel? Luckily, I booked only one night to test the place first. I’m leaving and moving somewhere else. And the pool the reason I chose this hotel in the first place was the biggest disappointment. The water is very warm and smells strongly of chlorine, tiles inside the pool are missing or broken, the internal steps feel unsafe, some chairs are torn, and some areas of the synthetic carpet are ripped. So yes — the pool looks nice from the outside. Just don’t make the mistake of getting closer."

"A wonderful place for a secluded family vacation, with a beautiful beach within walking distance, stunning views from the bungalow, and delicious breakfasts. Special thanks to the staff for the free shuttle from the pier to the hotel and back, and for the welcome with chilled towels and juice. A special request to the hotel for a mosquito coil on the bungalow terrace. Thank you very much for a pleasant stay."

"I recently stayed at The Hotel and it was a delightful experience! The staff were incredibly welcoming and efficient. My room was spacious, spotless, and offered a stunning city view. "Aside from the expensive dining and the lack of a complimentary shuttle boat, I honestly couldn't find a single fault with this hotel. Before arriving on the island, make sure to manage your ferry schedule carefully. We traveled from Phuket to Tonsai Pier on Phi Phi Island. Upon disembarking, we realized the hotel is located in the island's northeast corner, while the pier is in the south. Since there's no land access connecting them, we had to take another boat to reach the hotel. We arrived around 2 PM, and there were plenty of longtail boat taxis available at the pier. A one-way trip to the hotel would cost approximately 1200 THB. Our boatman offered a package deal for 3000 THB, which included transfers and an island-hopping/snorkeling tour. A tip: try to arrive at Phi Phi Island pier earlier. Otherwise, you might hit low tide at the hotel, and they'll have staff wading through mudflats to carry your luggage – quite a sight, haha! Seriously though, the food at this island hotel is incredibly expensive. The dishes shown in the pictures alone cost us over 2000 THB for two people."
